This property is fantastic. Me and my family just stayed for a month. The property hosts are delightful. The condo itself is very nice and the location is perfect. Very close to the pool and hot tub and very close to the brennecke’s beach (two minute walk). The front porch faces west for the prettiest sunsets you’ll ever see. I HIGHLY recommend.

The description of this property was spot-on. It is a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The ice packs and ice cube trays were perfect for packing a lunch and water bottles for a day out. When you get back, there are all the pots, pans, and utensils you will need to cook dinner. There are also restaurants near by. The beach towels. mats, and chairs were great. The bathroom attached to the main bedroom is spacious and the water pressure is awesome! While we were there the washer and dryer were being replaced, and communication with Portia was great. If I ever get to go back to Kauai, I would stay here again!

The property was lovely and the access to the pool and other amenities was perfect. Our family had great time on the lanai listening to the birds in the mornings and watching the sunsets in the evening.

My husband, son, his girlfriend & myself are just home after spending the last 11 days in Kauai. After visiting the Hawaiian Islands many times we were very excited for our first visit to Kauai. I have learned when visiting the Islands location is key. When we first started our Kauai research we focused on the Kapa’a area, then when our son decided to join us, our focused changed to the Poipu area as we needed a larger condo and very glad we did. The Poipu area is amazing, the condo location and condo itself…..perfect! The condo has a well stocked kitchen, added bonus to find some spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge. Both bathrooms have nice thick towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash soap plus hairdryer to use. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds (king in principal bedroom, queen in other) All rooms have ceiling fans and A/C in principal bedroom however we did not use it, wasn’t needed. The condo never felt too hot for us. The condo is also well stocked with beach chairs, towels, cooler, snorkeling gear (kids & adults) even sunscreen! We had the pleasure of meeting our host, and liked knowing that if we needed any help, or had any questions Portia was just a phone call away and it’s the first time we have walked into a VRBO rental to find some apple-bananas from a host’s backyard in a basket on the counter along with a personal note. Thanks Portia, being greeted with locally grown fruit was very much appreciated! Loved being a 1-2 minute walk away from a beach with lifeguard perfect for snorkeling, swimming or just watching the turtles and seals sleeping on the beach. It is nice to have the choice of a few beaches and restaurants all without having to get into the car and shops that are a 5 minute drive away. We walked to the shops. My husband is a scuba diver, having the dive shop 5 minutes away was also a bonus. Again location is key. We will definitely be back!

We were steps away from tennis courts, swimming pool, and restaurant and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again.
