. This lovely light and bright 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is in Kamaole Sands building 7 unit 405. The large lanai has the wonderful view of all the lovely gardens and a partial view of the ocean. The condo has just been updated with new bamboo flooring in both bedrooms and wood looking tile in the living area and in the kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has been updated with 2 brand new full size beds and all new bedding. The upstairs has the king size bed . Both bathroom had been remodeled with a tub/shower upstairs and a large shower downstairs. There hair dryers in both bathrooms. The living room furniture is new with a new queen size sofa bed, swivel chair and ottomans. A new coffee table to finish the new look. Kitchen is bright and light and fully equipped for cooking. There are enough plates, cups, glasses and wine glasses do help you enjoy your stay. There is a great glass top table for indoor eating. There is a large flat screen television in the living room and televisions in both bedrooms. There is a collection of books and games for our guests to enjoy. On the large lanai there is table and chairs for six to enjoy outside eating. In the storage closet you will find beach chairs, beach umbrella mats and several boogie boards. There also is a assortment of beach toys. A/C in living area and in the downstairs bedroom has its own A/C unit.
We also provide free WiFi and beach towels.
On you arrival there is a gift bags from us waiting for you. This unit comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
Kamaole Beach #3 just a walk across the street great for boogie boarding and snorkeling, or just relaxing on the beach. Several favorite restaurants and shops with walking distance from condo.

I’m arriving at the Kamaole Sands guest will need to check in at the front desk to receive the codes for the pool and gates. They will also give you a parking permit. I email a condo information packet to all our guests which have the lock box code, and on island contact information. I also send fun places to eat and activities for families to enjoy.

There is a resort fee of $40 and a $30 Check -in to be paid at the front desk at check in. This fee covers front desk and operation of common areas of pool and BBQ’s.

This was a perfect place for our family, adult children and grandchildren. Communication with Sharon was so easy, and she was so responsive to any question we had. The place was clean and very well laid out, the condo complex was beautiful and well kept up, grounds were immaculate, and pool was fun. The location of the condo complex was perfect, could walk to many places, beautiful beach right across the street! We snorkeled and swam with turtles every day at the local beach. There was a lot of snorkeling gear, beach chairs, toys for the kids, a large balcony and table with a beautiful view of gardens water. I would definitely stay here again, everything was perfect.

The location was great right across form Kamaole Beach III. It had everything we needed to enjoy Maui. The furnishings were nice. We were able to walk to some of our favorite restaurants too.

This property is close a d convenient to many activities from beaches to whale watching, snorkeling, sightseeing, etc. Owners very prop to respond to our needs. Easy access to BBQ grills, pool, tennis court, walking paths, etc. Good place for families and friends to visit. Very safe environment.

Loved the location and size of this condo. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6. Huge lanai. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach chairs, toys, and towels. Master bath recently remodeled. Overall a perfect place to stay.
