    This wonderful Kamaole Sands fourth floor, dual-level condo will sleep a total of six. This Condo is a two bedroom - two bath unit, with a sleeper sofa. Bamboo flooring in both bedrooms and living area. Both bathrooms have been re-modeled . Kitchen remodeled Sept 2017. New tile floor in lower bath and kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. The Condo large lanai overlooks the gardens and pool, with a view of the ocean and mountains. Great sunset view. It is located in building 6, unit #403 (top floor)where a lovely view awaits you.
    Kamaole Sands is a beautiful 15 acre property located directly across from Kamaole Beach Three. The ideal location, spacious grounds, and complete amenities make it the ideal location for your family’s Maui vacation. On grounds there are two Jacuzzis, a large pool, children’s pool area, a wading pool, four regulation tennis courts, and barbecues.World class golf, shopping, dining, and ocean activities are all just a short drive away.

    The Condo has king size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit has a washer and dryer. Hair dryer in both bathrooms. Beach towels and chairs for our guest. Beach toys and boogie boards for guest to use. Wifi. Free A/C in the living area and downstairs bedroom has its own A/C unit. Wifi to our guest. There are two parking spaces if needed.
    Just walk across the street to Kamaole Beach #3 for great snorkeling, boogie boarding or just relaxing on the beach. You can walk to some. of our favorite restaurants or shops.

    When arriving at the Kamaole Sands you will need to check in at the front to receive your gate code, pool code and parking pass. I send all my guest a complete condo information packet the will give you the code for the lock box to the unit , on inland contact person plus lots of fun restaurants and activity to do on Maui

    There is a Resort fee of $40 and $30 Check in fee payable to the front desk on arrival. This fee covers front desk and operation of common areas and BBQ’s. areas.

    Condo was great. Owners were easy to work with and Berenice, housekeeper, was very helpful with a few minor issues. Outside grills were very clean when used. Beaches walking distance from condo.

    We enjoyed our visit. The location was great; lots of restaurants and shops plus beautiful beaches all within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and gym area in addition to the beautifully maintained grounds. The condo could use a few small updates to spiff it up, but it was a nice functional space that worked well for our family. Having the master up in the loft, separated from the other bedroom provided a nice private feel. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning watching the sun come up.

    We loved this location. It made going to the beach so easy to just walk across the street. The pool was very family friendly and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a note that there is no A/C in the master bedroom area, extra fans were provided, but it was quite warm in there. We ended up sleeping in the kids room with the A/C so we could sleep more comfortably and had the kids sleep upstairs. There is a window A/C in the family area also. We used to live on island so we know how warm it gets and the trade winds, but from the listing I didn't notice that there wasn't going to be A/C in the master area. Not a big deal, just something to know. We'd definitely recommend this location and condo.

    If you’re looking for a fantastic, clean, spacious, and accommodating place with an awesome view/ location- look no further! This home is simply the best! The owners have thought of everything and it was truly a home away from home during our stay. The owners are excellent with communication and the pool & grounds were lovely!

    Needs to have a thorough cleaning, greasy dust on all the glass topped tables. Living room curtains were dirty and had brown stains. The entry way and kitchen rugs where very soiled, old and we’re tripping hazards. Kitchen was not equipped as advertised. Drawers were not organized, it was hard to find what was needed due to having everything mixed together sharp knives mixed in with everything else.Not enough silverware, cracked coffee cups, pots and pans were scarce and in ill repair. Oil and spices left in the cupboards were out dated and sticky. Not enough kitchen towels. Everything in the lanai storage area was unusable. Either very dirty or had turned to dust (Reed Matt’s turned to dust when touched. Tennis rackets we’re old with mold on the handles. Cooler was dirty and not cleanable. Crumpled up blow up toys covered in sand. Generally everything unusable. Lanai table was dirty appeared not to have cleaned for a very long time.
