Colleen is the most gracious host and her place was perfect for us: immaculate, very tastefully decorated, well furnished, every conceivable amenity including a wonderful selection of books. Quiet and relaxing. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Exceeded expectations.

The Sullivan’s home is beautifully built and maintained. It is in a neighborhood but with well- manicured grounds, and a stunning sunset view from the lanai, it is a peaceful, tropical oasis. The location is ideal for exploring the great beaches of the Gold Coast and only 10-15 minutes away from Kona’s grocery stores. Colleen is a very attentive, warm and kind host.

Gorgeous interior as well as beautifully landscaped property. Safe neighborhood, close to airport, but quiet, convenient location to beautiful beaches, rain forest, downtown Kailua Kona (if you so desire--not our scene though)...

The home was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The view was amazing - the lanai was a great place to relax and enjoy the breeze and cooler temperature. Colleen was very accommodating and a joy to talk to.
