I love this location for its Lanai & views of the marina/sea/sunset. The kitchen is well appointed & the bed is comfortable. Pesca restaurant happy hour at the top of Ilikai is a welcome addition to the resort.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View & location was 100%! There was yummy restaurant downstairs w/ live music most nights, an ABC type store, hertz car rental, a library to borrow books from, a surf shop to book lessons, a coffee & ice cream shop & more all on site. I already emailed rental agency, but it would’ve been nice to have some room basics, like spices (there wasn’t even s&p), shampoo/body wash, etc. Also missing was the reason why we choose vrbo over hotels, for things like beach chairs & towels, pool floats, board games, etc. There were also no fans & the outdoor furniture & patio was stained with bird poop & what looked like blood on couch cushions. The box springs for bed were just lying on ground, so that was weird. Bed wasn’t a king, it was 2 twins, if that matters to anybody. There was w/d on every floor, so we washed our clothes easily. The machines take credit card so that was helpful. Also, checkout instructions request to run load of towels in w/d & dishes in dw but they provide no dw or laundry soap. So you’ll have to buy your own (we left some behind, as well as pool floatie, beach chair, sunblock & salt/pepper for next guests). There isn’t a pack n play or air mattress for kids, but there is a futon. Just fyi for those w/ kids. We’ll stay at ilikai again, but prob not this Vrbo. Also, bathroom needs some help. towel rods loose, holes in wall by tiles, vent caked in dust, hairs on ceiling/walls, no fan. The whole point of Vrbo is the home feel, this missed the mark a bit.

Reviewer Comments: My only problem was with the bed, it is very comfortable, but the sides are quite dangerous as they stick way out too far and you are always hitting and hurting your legs. Either get new base or cut off the sides.

The check in process was seamless - so nice to be able to go straight to our room. The view was even better than the website showed. The property had everything we could need. The valet parking was such a treat. Within walking distance of so many activities.
