We are a senior couple who was looking for a beautiful and comfortable co do to celebrate our 30th anniversary. This 2 bedoom, 2 bath home is completely comfortable and the close ocean view will give you the feeling of a huge balcony on a cruise ship. The water is RIGHT there but you are on a bluff above it. The waves crash below and any sea "action" is easily visable. The Princeville neighborhood is magical and our favorite part of Kauai. So much to see and do in nearby Hanalei.

This is a beautiful condominium. We loved that all main rooms face the ocean. The master bedroom is spacious and the unit is well equipped. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Princeville area.

Loved the location, to see and hear the ocean we felt like we were in a tree house ! We loved the old Hawaiian vibe from the one story condo to the furniture and art. We would love to come back !

The place was very clean and the view is spectacular . The only complaint, when we arrived at Alikai it's just hard to find the Condo Number. It's very dark. I think, We went to 3 different doors to check the 6102 because the numbers are not very visible ! Over all , we enjoyed the place. We took care of the place just like our own home( strip the bedsheets and washed including all the towels . We made sure , we clean the kitchen. We will be back!!! Mahalo!!!'n
