This property certainly has the potential to rate 5 Stars. The location and view are stunning. The new renovations are lovely and we’re appreciated. The cleanup and organization after the renos appears to have been rushed - closets stuffed full of stuff and disorganized. Only found 1 beach towel. Contact cement? on floor. No extra towels as listed. The dryer was out of order for our stay. At first we were told it was to be replaced soon but that never happened and when we called back we were told it wouldn’t be replaced. Compensation was originally promised for each day the dryer wasn’t working but no mention of that since. The condo door was extremely difficult to open and close after an extended deluge of rain. We contacted the management company (Arrived) a few times. They responded promptly and pleasantly but no issues were resolved. We were told housekeeping would bring more towels but that didn’t happen. The door wasn’t fixed. We enjoyed our stay and the potential is great. Arrived was pleasant but very ineffective.

The north shore Kauai is enchanting and magical. The views from this condo are spectacular and PRICELESS. The location is perfect and just minutes from Hanalei beach and Foodland grocery (try the deli poke!). The beds we’re extremely comfortable and kitchen equipped with everything you need. My only complaint is similar to a couple others—the washer/dryer stained and ruined a load of whites. Worth every penny, I will absolutely be back! Mahalo.

It was lovely waking up to the beautiful view. The house had all the amenities you would need. The winds were perfect, kept us cool day & night. Only complaint is the door, no knob just key pad.
