Kamahana 3 is a spacious two bedroom, very private condominium offering 1260 square feet that feels more like a house than a condo. This ground floor unit features extra-high vaulted ceilings and three private lanais. This condo is unique because it is separate from the other units. There are no shared walls downstairs, only one other unit above. This provides a lot of privacy. You will step out into your own yard, separated from other condos by lush vegetation. You can also walk out of the living room onto the lanai and stroll less than 100 meters on lush green grass to view a magical lookout over a coral reef, Anini Beach, and the magnificent North Shore coastline. Depending on the season, view rare nesting albatrosses, nenes, and humpback whales. With two queen beds and plus a single day bed in the living room, five guests can sleep comfortably. There is a 42" LCD TV in the living room and another TV in the master bedroom. Set of golf clubs available for use on adjacent golf course. Free WiFi.
Kamahana is located in Princeville, on the north shore of Kauai. Our vacation rental condos at Kamahana are spacious and private, surrounded by lush local vegetation. Just a short walk from Kamahana, guests will find beach paths, including the jungle path providing access to Sealodge Beach via a 10-minute walk. The flow was very nice. The decor was subtle and flowed with the unit and outdoor surroundings
The layout from the kitchen to the dinning area family area and to the bedrooms had very good fen schwey energy accented by the paint colors and decorum. The only few things that would need to be addressed are the loose kitchen sink and plumbing and the disconnection left cabinet door hinge below the kitchen sink.
The host fees seem about 10% to 15%
Higher than other similar rentals in this part of princeville. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends. Mahalo

This was the perfect place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle before the craziness of the holidays. Super comfortable, quiet and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, washer and dryer combo very convenient and efficient. Outside hose to rinse sand away… plenty of ventilators to keep the house cool. The host responded to our requests. Parking was always available. I would stay here again!!
