Aloha and e komo mai (welcome) to our Poipu Beach Estates Villa. We have put together a gorgeous home for you and your extended family, or two families, to enjoy the Garden Island of Kauai and the sunny south shore that is Poipu. Nakoa is a new home in very upscale resort development in Poipu. You are close to it all, ocean swimming at Poipu Beach or a number of south shores ocean spots, Our brand new architecturally rendered home will be your center of Kauai life. You are welcome to the 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath home through carved doors and a home completely floored in solid mahogany (ipe). Over 3000 square feet of living gives you the all the comforts and space you could hope for.
The entire home enjoys air conditioned comfort should you desire it over our tropical breezes. All four bedrooms as well as communal areas are individually temperature controlled for everyone's custom enjoyment.
While our photos and virtual tour tell it all, we will expound so you don't miss a bit. As you walk in the front door the floor to ceiling windows and sliders open out onto the pool. In the middle of the U shaped home is our heated pool. We heat to 82 degrees everyday for your comfort. High quality loungers surround the pool where one will find both shady and sunny areas for your comfort as well as landscaped areas for your visual comfort. You can access the pool area from living room, kitchen and master bedroom as well.
Walking into the very large kitchen / great room area, you will see oceans of granite surfaces for food preparation and eating enjoyment. A vast island serves a gorgeous area for meals with an adjacent dining room table adds up to seating for ten in a most comfortable setting. Top shelf, stainless steel appliances abound, including a wine cooler. Of course, the kitchen is outfitted with all the small appliances, dinnerware, silverware and serving dishes that you could need.
This kitchen / living room great are will be the focal point of get-togethers, meals and relaxation. Plenty of comfortable seating and lounging areas. 60" Samsung High Def Smart TV hangs on the wall. This whole room can be comfortably air conditioned if the trade winds are down or the heat of the day is on. Living local style, with all the windows and sliders open (everything is screened) is the way to enjoy Kauai like those of us who live here, but you have the AC option. The pool was great for relaxing after a busy day exploring the island. The plants throughout the back yard were beautiful! Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Huge kitchen for cooking family meals.

Beautiful, comfortable home in Poipu. Great location for our Kauai experiences! Pool was a little buggy, but we enjoyed eating dinners around it. Bedrooms very comfortable, but the 4th bedroom had no access to a bathroom without walking through someone’s bedroom. Not ideal during the night. Some extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. Loved the beach gear in the garage. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

In general our stay was fantastic. Home is beautiful with open concept living and kitchen area, and 4 great bedrooms. Worked wonderfully for our family.
Yes, as some recent reviews mention, there was some construction noises during the day, but it wasn’t bad at all. The area is newly being built up but the homes just near this rental are basically done.
All amenities, pool toys, gear, etc is available I. The home which was wonderful. Even needed an extra pack n play and the host graciously included one for our use.
The biggest issue is that no, the pool is definitely not heated. It’s bearable for most adults and refreshing especially on a super hot day but the posting dotes on a heated pool and it’s simply incorrect. Kids (2 yr and 8 months) didn’t care much for it which was a bummer.
Definitely would recommend and will stay again if on Kauai.

This home is beautiful, very clean and in a superb location. Stores and restaurants are a three minute drive from the house. Poipu Beach is less than a ten minute drive. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

This property was the perfect venue for a three generation get-together. Plenty of space for both group activities and "alone" time. The pool was great for kids and adults. It really felt good to take a dip after a hot day at the beach

The house is nice and big and pretty. However for AC you have mini splits and so it gets hot during the day. I am sure you will be gone most days so this is not to bad but for us Texans we want central heat and air not mini splits. Also house says heated pool and it’s not warm enough to even swim in so that stunk. Note in the house says you will be fined if you mess with the temperature so the pool is pointless. Also it says you have a view from second floor and I am here to tell you that you do not. Other then the warm evenings and cold pool the house is very pretty. We did open windows but never did it cool the place off.
