This condo is located in Kailua-Kona village at the Kona Reef complex. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is for those who want to be on the oceanfront and see dolphins and whales (seasonally) from their private lanai. Even better, unless you like to drive, you can leave your car parked and walk three blocks to restaurants, shopping and local activities.

The complex has covered & uncovered parking, a pool, and spa. For your convenience, there is an elevator in the complex, however there are stairs involved to get to the unit after using the elevator The main attraction is stunning blue water views and sunsets every night. The lanai is only 100 feet, at the most, from the water. When the surf's up, you will watch surfing and boogie boarding straight out from the lanai. Cool ocean breezes flow through the lanai window to help keep your place pleasant. The condo is a third floor end unit.

*Please note - the complex will be resurfacing the North and South lobby floors from Jan 04, 2023 - Jan 23, 2024. This project will require some temporary detours, minimal noise and dust along with a project dumpster downstairs.*

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Hawaii. The location of the condo was perfect. Only blocks away from the first Christian church on the island, shopping, the Royal Kona luai, manta ray dives and snorkeling, beautiful beaches and more. The condo was clean, in good condition, comfortable beds, beautiful views of ocean. Pool was nice. Met lots of friendly, kind people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The views from the condo are incredible, and the proximity to town is perfect. We walked to many dinners/activities in town and what wasn’t within walking distance was only a short ride away. We had one very minor issue while we were there, and the management company was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a great time in Hawaii!

Great oceanfront location within easy walk to restaurants and stores. Comfortable furnishings & fully stocked kitchen. Clean, but we did notice some ants in the kitchen. Overall would recommend.

This property was everything we hoped for as a family of four. It gave us the space we needed for two weeks as guests at the Kona Reef. The views from the main living area and kitchen are absolutely worth it and we found ourselves relaxing on the lanai just looking for whales. The condo was well stocked with the basics and I always appreciate when owners have a few fun extras (books about the island, games, puzzles, etc). The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows, although we could have used an extra blanket or two. The kitchen included everything we needed to make some great meals and snacks. But you really could use a new toaster :) We had no issues requiring assistance from the owner. And for the most part, it was very quiet although the bedrooms do face the pool so sometimes you have to wait out a few loud talkers. But that wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely be back!
