Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location! Bus stop for various routes located right in front. The property is dated, but was clean and very comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Owner should replace rusted shower curtain rod and replace missing drapery hooks. Property description was basically as advertised. A bonus was having a keyless entry system to the suite.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. The carpet was filthy and must be a hazard to bare feet2. Both sliding door curtains were very dirty 3. The camping chair and “table” on the patio were totally inadequate and it was Impossible to stand wine glasses or any glasses come to that, on a canvas table4. The shower knob needed Hercules to pull it on necessitating me to shower at a friend’s unit.5. The coffee maker did not work6. The garburator did not work 7. The front burner on the stove did not work8. The water was turned off on Jan 24 with no prior notification9. I found Allii Beach responses to my issues on the first day totally unreasonable and not addressed until after I called several times. Unfortunately problems do not always happen between 9 and 5. Other agencies I have used are always available and have someone meet us on the first day. 10. Even though the pool had water in it, it still was not open after two years

The room and building was very clean, the Ali Beach Rental staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and the location couldn’t have been better (6 minute walk to the beach!!!)
