This 38th-floor penthouse-level rental boasts spectacular sweeping ocean views! This air-conditioned condo in the family-friendly Waikiki Banyan, is 533 sqft (plus lanai with table and chairs). You'll love it! 4-person max.

The Waikiki Banyan is a favorite of repeat visitors with its host of amenities including a pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, and more. All this and just a short 2-block walk to beautiful Waikiki Beach, plus shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park! Public transportation is readily available, with stops located right outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.

*BUILDING NOTE: Pool and hot tubs will be closed for annual inspection April 29–May 18, 2024. The entire recreation deck, including pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area, will be closed for extensive renovations beginning sometime in 2024 (anywhere between May–December). Timeframe subject to change.

Great communication with manager, easy check in, lovely location makes for a perfect stay. Have stayed at a lot of places and this by far was the best appointed condo. Everything is here for an enjoyable visit. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for our family. The unit had all the essentials. There’s a great coffee shop/cafe inside the hotel that we loved. Super short walk to restaurants and beaches. We plan to stay here again.

We have stayed at the Banyan a number of times over the years. We love the location. The views for this unit are amazing. Check in was great and the unit was very clean except for one thing. There are large artifical plants on top of the upper kitchen cabinets that are incredibly dirty and dusty…..they need to be taken down. The unit over all could use updating. The floors and furniture are dated. We would stay there again.
