    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was quick, easy, and efficient. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything you need from kitchen scissors to cut your noodles to storage containers for when you cut your pineapple. The laundry room was easy to access and because there is a unit on every floor, I never had to wait. The best part was location, location, location. Walking distance from shopping, food, drinks, and the beach. Love the security feature of getting in and out of the parking structure, elevators, and condo. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Oahu.

    Stayed at this studio for 4 nights and we had a great stay. Having the free parking was very helpful. This studio is a walking distance to almost everything (beach, restaurants, shops, Musubi Cafe) which was also a plus. The only complaint my partner and I had was that the AC was a little loud but we were able to sleep through it. Traffic noise wasn’t bad either. We also really enjoyed the balcony area. The cleanliness of the studio and items was also good. James was very helpful and easily able to contact. We definitely want to come back to this same studio when we visit Hawaii again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had an amazing stay at The Marine Surf (#609) which was nestled conveniently in the middle of Waikiki ! Everything we needed was within two blocks of where we stayed such as International Market Place, Ross Dept. store (cheap luggages to check in your souvenirs and coincidently served as a common stop for guided tour pickup/drop off), Sheraton Moana Surfrider, Catamaran tours which takes off directly on Waikiki Beach, and every Restaurant you can imagine ! This Studio condo is very clean, well maintained and and All that you need. Though there were a few minor maintenance issues, we always felt safe . The beds were very comfortable and , despite some reviews stating the air conditioner was very loud, it took only one night to get used to it (since it was intermittent) and was actually helpful in drowning out noise from people and cars on street level. We had called the Property Manager (Mr. James Wickard) for Captain Cook Resorts 24 hours before check-in as instructed, and he made the check-in process seamless through detailed instructions via texts and promptly returned our phone calls since he couldn't be there in person to hand over the key(fobs) for the room. Although we didn't need to rent a car, their amenity includes a dedicated parking spot for you which is very rare (free) in Waikiki. The check out process was even easier. The on-site Property Manager (Howard) was so amazingly gracious for letting us store our bags in his office for a few hours (Thank you, Mr. Howard ! ) while we were scrambling to re-arrange an airport pickup due to a delayed flight. I highly recommend the Marine Surf if you don't mind the hotel feel and want to avoid the the hidden costs that come with a fancy resort on the beach. With all the shopping, dining, and tourist destinations in close proximity, we definitely will consider staying there again in the future.

This particular unit is actually facing the busy Lewers street and is rather noisy at night with a bar downstairs, however, the A/C unit is VERY LOUD so that actually drowned out the street noise ;) All in all a good stay. James was very available and helpful - we had a problem with the locking of the door - it just had to be pulled shut before trying to lock it.

They were quick at picking up phone calls or responding to texts for inquiries. The hospitality app is extremely helpful for faq as well as the extras with recommended tours and restaurants. We really appreciated them accommodating us for a late check out which we know is not often possible. Will stay here again!

Hosts very accessible. Would stay again.
