    Nice location, nice ocean view. A little further from the hotel than we anticipated but it was fine. Overall a pleasant stay. Family was glad we purchased the resort pass.

The property was well maintained, very clean, well stocked with supplies, comfortable, and all appliances were in working order.The location in Waiulaula is a bit far from town centers such as Waikoloa or Kona however, we preferred the seclusion. The guest amenity/access to the Westin and Mauna Kea option is a must if you have kids or prefer to do more activities (golf, spa, pool, beach access, etc.)I would highly recommend this unit and Kohala Coast Property Management to friends and family.

    Our family stayed here for a family wedding that was at the Westin Hapuna. We loved how close it was and that we had access to both of the resorts. The condo was very spacious and has all of the amenties we needed. Each of us had our own “space” with a large bedroom and bathroom. Michelle was extremely responsive and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

    Amazing unit that was had a well stocked kitchen and lots of beach gear to use. The unit is well maintained with an amazing view and location. Waiulaula is right adjacent to the Hapuna golf course in a very quiet, secluded neighborhood away from the hotel and touristy hustle and bustle. It is so peaceful to be away from the “city.” It was well worth getting the Mauna Kea resort amenity pass to use the beaches and beach parking at the Westin and Mauna Kea hotels. . Kohala Coast Properties management was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay from prior to check in through check out. The location was great to access Waimea, Waikoloa area, Mauna Kea summit, Kawaihae harbor for fishing, and day trips to Kailua Kona area.

    We really enjoyed the location of this property, the amenities, and the cleanliness of this rental. Great all around experience. Do not hesitate to book, we were not disappointed. Neighborhood and location was excellent. Very clean, had everything we needed.

    Great property, quite location, great balcony view, lots of room with 3 bedrooms, nicely equipped kitchen with a lot of little items, utensils, great location in proximity to the swimming pool. Would stay here again!
