You found it! Cooled by ceiling fans and trade winds, this spacious (900 sqft) 4th floor open floor plan one-bedroom has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and is right on Oahu's Gold Coast with a quiet swimming beach just steps from the building. 2-person max.

Enjoy beach side living at its finest! Colony Surf is also home to world-famous Michel's Restaurant and next door to the private Outrigger Canoe Club. Enjoy playing tennis or walking in Kapiolani Park on one side of Colony Surf, and on the other side, enjoy swimming and sunning on the sandy beach, or surfing the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific Ocean! You'll be away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, yet a close enough walk to shopping, casual and fine dining, nightlife and the many attractions and activities that Waikiki has to offer. Bus service is also available to Waikiki, grocery stores and shops in the area, and to Ala Moana Shopping Center. Sorry, NO pool onsite.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Colony Surf is undergoing some concrete spalling repair throughout the building through July 28, 2023. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8AM–4:30PM, excluding holidays (4/7, 5/29, 6/12, 7/4/2023). This will entail some jackhammering and grinding noises. Though most guests are not bothered, please consider if you are particularly sensitive to noise. Due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, construction schedule may change without notice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Colony Surf and hope that it will continue to be available to us. Our only complaint would be the ongoing problem we had with the "new" refrigerator and the salesperson showing clients the unit for a possible sale. That problems took up a lot of our time ,and in the case of the repairmen, it necessitated that we be there for the many visits of the repairmen.
