Couldn’t be any easier coordinating the rental. Easy check-in and out. Rental needs some updating but quite comfortable and easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants on the Kihei side of the island.

Easy checkin w/ texted info on code etc. 2 bathrooms appreciated. Kitchen fine except no ice for several hours & slow machine. Air conditioning not super efficient & on a timer so didn’t run all night unless you got up & reset it. Also it leaked onto Lenai. I did report it but the next day we were out when return call said we’d have to be home to let them in. By then we’d be out all day so we just didn’t go onto lenai. It kept working on the timer. The bedroom bathroom sink sputtered maybe 3 times during our stay w/ BLACK water. Didn’t last long but kind of concerning. We did use the washer once (cold water) & ok but kind of worried that water could stain clothes. Really not much of an ocean view & definitely not a sunset view. But all ok. Just a little misrepresented. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice & the parking garage was very handy to our building. The beach across the street was very accessible & lovely. Considering everything it was a reasonably priced place & very close to lots of shopping & restaurants.

It was clean and quiet. The parking garage and navigating through there was not payed out well. No one checked in four days to see if we neeeded clean towels or the garbage emptied.Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was everything we hoped for, exactly what we expecting, and then some. One issue we did have was resolved professionally and surpassed our expectations! We will definately be referring H412 to family and friends!! Mahalo :)

We enjoyed our ten day stay at this condo in Kihei. The unit had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing, the king bed was comfortable and the TV had Netflix. Having a washer and dryer was nice. There is an ocean view on the balcony. The unit is right across the street from the beach and has two pools and hot tubs on the property. Kihei is a central location to all the activities on the island and has all the shopping, restaurants and grocery stores that you need.

Nice clean unit with 2 pools & hot tubs, right across from Kamaole Beach (you can walk for miles!). Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, board rentals, etc. Comfortable bed and lots of TV channels!

Very comfortable and easy stay, nice large king size bed with firm mattress, convenient location. Also, it was a luxury having 2 bathrooms! Window view was not great (faced the parking lot) but we had no issue with that as we were out enjoying the beaches most of the time.

The biggest issue we had with this home is the lack of communication. We had a late arrival from the airport. direction and instruction on how to access the home was not made clear even well before the Booking date. We ended up locked out of our room for well over an hour way past midnight until we got a hold of someone..... these things should never happen. The property and home was great! Location was awesome! Right outside of the condos across the street is the beach that faces the sunset every night. It is on the edge of eastern side of Kihei so some things of Kihei are not walking distance. But there are plenty of gift shops coffee stores and restaurants to the west of the condos. I would recommend this place to stay especially for families since it can sleep 4, I just hope they have a better experience with the communication with the host/company.
