The listing showed an updated clean condo. We got there and the refrigerator was not working and they added an additional cheap refrigerator that was placed in the kitchen, making it hard to move around. The Curtains were filthy and stained. All the indoor and outdoor cushions were stained and needed to be replaced, and the throw rug in the living area was not vacuumed upon arrival. This was very underwhelming for the amount of money we paid. The bathroom tub backed up and we were able to get someone out to fix it right away so that was nice. The wine cooler did not work well and the dryer took 2-3 times to run in order to dry items. Checking in was a production, and there was only one individual working. He was very nice, however we waited nearly an hour to get our keys and the car parked and no cart to help with our luggage. Additional staff is needed. We went two days with only 4 of the 6 bracelets due to them being short. Overall the cleanliness was subpar at best. The location was great, and we are glad to have stayed in the tower we were in since the other tower was under construction. We would think that for the money we spend we would be compensated for the lack of cleanliness and broken unusable items. *Note-I have photos to send if an email is provided to do so.Thank you for your attention on this matter.
