**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.

It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We loved staying here, everything was so easy. We enjoyed walking across the street to the water and walking to the beach. Everything about the condo made life easy and the layout of the condo was perfect. The only downside was lawn care seemed to start around 6 so the sound of leaf blowers was our wakeup.

For the price, I believe real beach towels could be provided and nice bath towels instead of the cheap ones that were in the room. The Dining chairs were dirty and seats stained. Kitchen set up was substandard to other places we have stayed. The whole unit needs to be updated
