Starting September 3rd 2024 the Kanaloa parking lot will be re-paved. The project will be done in sections from Sept 3rd through the end of November. Work will usually be performed between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm but work may be needed on Saturday and Sunday to maintain the schedule. We stayed in this unit for 11 days, and sure hated to pack up and head home to rain/snow. Overlooking the ocean,and hearing the waves roll in and out of the cove it sits above was so beautiful and relaxing. Just about every day a man showed up on his surfboard and rode the waves. We hope to stay in this lovely unit with its well equipped kitchen again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view was amazing & the condo is exactly as represented on this site. The AC had a hard time keeping up in the high humidity, but it was so much better than not having any! The hair dryer in the master bathroom doesn’t work, but there’s one in the other bathroom, so it was all good. The cove below the condo has amazing fish if you want to snorkel! The Kanaloa staff was great, very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The condo is fantastic. That view from the lanai is perfecto! We loved staying here and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The complex has 3 pools, which we used 2 of (the other was an adult only pool). They were warm and a nice change from the ocean. The cove you can see from the lanai is a 5 min walk and is good for snorkeling (for stronger swimmers). A short drive (~10 min) is the BEST cove for first time snorkelers (our kids). There is a KTA <5 min drive as well. You are also located away from the heavily touristed city, which makes visiting the smaller towns easier. We were able to get such a feel for the island this way (e.g., visiting coffee shops, groceries, art studios of locals).

Well maintained and great lanai. We stayed in late September and were glad we added the air conditioning option. Would definetly recommend.

The pictures of the condo featuring island decor are exactly what you get including the beautiful water view from the lanai. The lanai also provided the perfect place for eating breakfast. There is plenty of space for 4 adults. Even though we ate out most of the time, we did use the coffee maker, toaster, microwave and refrigerator -- all worked well. The beach umbrella, beach chairs, and small cooler bag were definitely handy for our stay. The only negative is that sometimes you could hear the neighbors above the condo walking around.

Overall great experience at this property. Location great, stunning ocean views, grounds immaculate, wonderful amenities (kids loved the pool and hot tub), and on site staff very helpful and hospitable. Would definitely book this property again.

Stayed in 3601 a few times. Very good unit with good beds and great view of bay. All things in working order. Could use some new towels and kitchen things. Just needs an upgrade in those areas.
