This condo was roomy, clean and well stocked. It had staples, and pot and pans and all the necessities to cook. We bought our own coffee and breakfast foods like eggs and bread and muffins. It had spices, flour, oil and sugar. Plenty of towels and outdoor gear for the beach, fins, snorkels masks and boogie boards. The lanai was great we didn’t have any backyard. Neighbors just a couple of golfers that came by. I would stay here again as it was very comfortable

We enjoyed the stay at this property, which was within walking distance of a shopping center with groceries, restaurants, and the like. We had great weather that made the lack of air conditioning a non-issue. The condo was well-stocked with beach supplies, towels, and the full kitchen allowed us to cook often onsite, so that we were able to save the expense of eating out most of the time. The only issue of note was that their housecleaning service seems to be subpar, as the floors were dirty and left the bottoms of our feet black when we weren't wearing shoes, and there was mold on the bathroom tiles that had to be bleach-spray cleaned.

Very pleasant during the day, right on the 18th hole of the golf course. Very quiet at night, with minor golf/landscaping noises in the early morning. Excellent selection of water toys and snorkel equipment (enough for our family of 5). Well supplied kitchen with modern appliances. Minor complaints: only one set of keys provided although literature mentioned 2 sets, and random guests would occasionally park in our assigned parking spot. Would definitely recommend this Vrbo.

Very dirty. Flies and roaches. Couch is from 80’s with 20 years of dirt. House smelled like sweat. Doors were filthy. Bathrooms dirty. Blanket in closet had blood in it Poor communication with the local pertain.

We have gone to Kona a few times and this was one of the best places we stayed. they had so much to offer, 2 swimming pools, close to town and to the store. and the bonus was my husband is a golfer and we were right on the 18th hole. It has a lot of room and I would stay here again when we come back!

This property had everything we needed and although there was no air conditioning, we rarely were too hot as there was a nice ocean breeze most of the time. The owners/managers were very flexible with us about check in and check out times which was much appreciated. There was some confusion about some of the codes and passwords given but they were quick to respond to our text inquiries and all was good in the end. Also, we have stayed on a top floor unit in this complex as well as this bottom floor unit and I can tell you the road noise is much less on the lower level. Nice stay.
