Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our rental. You can’t beat the location!! The home was clean and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the deck listening to ocean. Very easy beach access. It was a fantastic trip!!

The location for this property is perfect - nice beach just steps away, but the owner is relying on the location and neglecting the house itself. The house is in need of some major TLC. For the price, one would not expect knobs falling off cupboards, a jet engine AC above the great room, or an inoperable stove/oven. There were so many things wrong with this house, we developed a punch list to provide to the agent and owner. The oven/stove has been inoperable since July and they keep stating they are waiting on a part or qualified people to install it. We had to do all our cooking on provided propane burners. When one is paying a premium for luxury accomodations, one expects these things to work. We had plumbers and electricians out to the house to put temporary fixes on things (they never returned to fix them properly). We were there for 2 weeks and there was ample time to address these issues. The house is really in need of a refresh.

This how was our little piece of heaven for the last week. The beach is steps away and we had ideal weather so it was perfect for all of us to snorkel. It’s the type of home and beach you never want to leave. The house had incredible views and it was very private. Our kids played in the open floor plan and on the outdoor patio. It was easy to keep track of everyone. The kitchen was great for a large family cooking all together. We are already trying to plan when we could come back.
