The place a great. Lots of space and quiet! The interior is dated and could definaitly do with a reno but overall it has been a great place to stay. Would come again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The large condo came with every single thing one could need including fully equipped kitchen. We loved the ocean views from the unit and walking out on the patio onto the luxurious lawn. Very quiet place except for the Kauai roosters which are all over the island! They just added to the charm and great memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo as advertised: very clean, bright, airy, on the beach and next to swimming pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beach chairs and towels provided . Only negative is that bedroom fronts the street, so get some street noise at night.We would stay here again.

The location of this property was fabulous for us - gorgeous view of the ocean, easy access to pool, lovely property. The space was large, and the kitchen full of all the essentials for easy cooking, beach gear there if you need. Also loved this this property was on the east side of the island if you like to explore. About an hour to the north, and an easy 20 minutes to go south. Would absolutely come back to this exact property if visiting the island. Highly recommend!
