The condo is beautiful and everything we expected based on the listing. The payment and rental agreement process were simple and quick. The overall resort property is quite amazing. This was my second time to Koloa Landing, and I can't wait to come back. Thank you for the comfortable home away from home.

This is our 4th stay at Koloa Landing and our first time renting through VRBO. This was the best unit yet. The views from the lanai were amazing. I would absolutely recommend it.

Very nice place. Great amenities at the resort. Wonderful pool and restaurant on property. Close to everything. Only complaint is really need some sort of smart TV or streaming device. Stuck inside twice due to weather and would have been nice to have family movie time. Place has 3 DVD players and I don’t know anyone that has bought a DVD in the past decade.

This property has ocean views and an amazing balcony, the inside was perfect for our family and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to buy groceries and cook some of our meals in the home and there were beach towels, chairs and toys.

Condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were large and everything was well taken care of. Patio deck was awesome…directly overlooking the adult only pool with a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved having coffee and cocktails out there. Kitchen had all very nice appliances and was stocked with everything you would need. Only issue we had was the dryer was broke and we couldn’t wash clothes. Resort did wash some for us which was nice but kind of a hassle. Checkin wasn’t smooth and we had to wait an additional hour to get in the condo. All in all we were very happy and would stay here again. The main pool at this place is out of this world! Amazing is all I can say. Free coffee in the morning is a bonus. Nice workout room and resort has great access to walking/jogging paths. Location is perfect for everything. A tip if you are visiting soon is to get dinner reservations well in advance. All restaurants are booked up for weeks!
