A rare combination of amenities exists at Lei Aloha, a special retreat in Princeville, on the north shore of Kauai. Gates lead into a private courtyard, completely enclosed by a stucco wall and tropical plants, including plumeria, heliconia, gardenia, and torch ginger. In the center of the courtyard is a 16’ x 40’ swimming pool, a great way to cool off.

Upon entering this custom-built home, guests are greeted by a magnificent view of towering Norfolk Island Pines that sway in the breeze.

Lei Aloha is a comfortably and tastefully appointed home that has been professionally decorated with thoughtful attention to detail. This breezy, Hawaiian home of over 3200 square feet will generously accommodate your family and friends in four bedrooms and four and one-half baths, which will comfortably sleep eight guests. One primary suite and two guest bedrooms are on the first level, all opening onto the courtyard and the pool through French doors.

An additional suite is located on the second level, and features a deck that overlooks the pool to the distant mountain view. The downstairs suite in a private wing of the home is furnished with a king-size Tommy Bahama bed. This suite is complete with a spacious bath with double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and separate marble shower. The downstairs primary suite is the only room in the home with air conditioning (faces west).

This suite also features a smart TV (YouTube TV is provided). A gracious desk overlooking the pool is the perfect spot to address postcards or set up your laptop. The upstairs king suite features tropical intrigue and romantic drama with the graceful draping of mosquito netting around a bamboo bed, as well as a desk to facilitate working from your vacation home, if you insist! The queen suite with marble bath features a walk-in shower. This bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.

An additional guest suite has two twin beds, and an adjoining bath with shower over tub. All bedrooms have smart TVs with YouTube TV provided. This property has Brazilian cherry wood floors throughout this light, airy home, designed for easy living. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your convenience. The two-car garage on an automatic opener makes handling groceries and luggage a snap!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around, Hanalei was our favourite beach. Really easy to rent a car and drive around Kauai to get to the other communities. If you just want to stay at one place, you had all the conveniences close by.

Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook meals at home. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, some swim gear were all available for our use so we didn’t have to purchase or travel with extra stuff. Each room has own bath, bedrooms all had ceiling fan and stand fans. Beautiful property in quiet neighborhood close to many amenities and activities. great place for group of friends or family. Only comment is the first day we arrived the master room had a musty odor but cleared out with open windows and some air freshener. Secret beach was worth the short hike, Fire show was educational and entertaining. Anini beach was perfect for kids to try out the snorkel masks. Overall, a great place to stay!

We Loved this house. Plenty of our room for our family. We took turns cooking breakfasts and dinners. Great location. We rented E-bikes to get around. Princeville. And that pool is amazing.!! We didn’t want to leave. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!!
