Great views, very close to great beaches. The A/C was a great as some of the days were very hot. Very responsive property management team. Had a small ant problem in kitchen that was addressed same day. Parking is a little tight sometimes with the pillars and when almost full in the parking garage, but just have to be patient and sometimes do the Austin Powers reverse / forward until you get out. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice setting next to the beach. Great amenities. Parking is good , warning : huge SUV be aware parking can be a little tight to maneuver in the lower level garage. Close to nearby shops and restaurants. Recommend changing shower head in the master bedroom shower. Very clean and well maintain unit. Enjoy the country side of Kauai in Kola/ Poipu. Checking in and out was a breeze and always sending daily text msg to ensure your stay is going well and that they’re just a text away if you need anything. Great place to stay.

We were very impressed with how modern and nice this property was. We loved that there were beach towels, chairs and boogey boards. Plenty of space to hang things. The view was phenomenal. We loved it and will be back!

Lovely 2/2 right on the ocean, great for sunsets. Hidden stairs to Rocky outcropping was a neat surprise. VERY well equipped kitchen and near to restaurants and beaches. No matter what the weather elsewhere on the island, it was sunny here!

We loved staying at the condo! We could see daily sunsets and enjoy the breezy island trade winds. Nice kitchen set up to cook if you wanted to. We dined every night on the outdoor patio. The place is nicely decorated and they recently put in air conditioners to use as needed. I would come back again!

We felt right at home in this beautiful ocean front condo. Being on the ground floor enabled us to walk out to the grass area every morning and watch the waves crash into the rocks, and see sea turtles, and in the evening watch gorgeous sunsets. The condo is beautifully decorated with the beach feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, utensils, and the dishes, mugs and drinking glasses are Hawaiian/beached themed. The owners have really put a lot of thought into making this condo a comfortable stay for their guests. This unit also has a washer and dryer in it which made us regret bringing so many clothes because it was so easy to wash your clothes. Parking was easy but to get to the unit you will navigate down about 20 stairs total. Poipu is the perfect place to be, 1 1/2 hours to Princeville, and about the same in the other direction to Waimea Canyon. When we would leave for the day to explore we always started our trip with a lemonade from nearby Puka Dog (right below Breneckes at Poipu Beach)

The condo was in a great location. We walked every morning and enjoyed the sunrises. The only thing that was disappointing was that the complex had decided that the portable air conditioning systems had to be removed before we arrived. They had offered to find us a different location due to this fact. We decided to roll with it. Being on the bottom floor, didn’t allow for enough air flow even with fans in the evenings. We had to close up all the windows and doors when going to sleep for safety reasons so it was very warm.
We had an issue with the freezer and the Parrish was awesome in dealing with the problem. Overall, we had a great experience! Everyone was super nice and response time were super fast and efficient.

View is spectacular space is large yet the bathrooms are small and no fans The parking area is a real challenge to navigate as find and lots of stairs to negotiate with heave luggage
