This 1,600-square-foot condo is scenically perched on the eighth floor of the Honua Kai Resort, a manicured beachfront property that was completed in 2010 that offers access to a range of amenities (additional fees apply*). You'll be within steps of the beach, two miles north of the renowned Kaanapali Golf Courses, and only seven miles south of Honolua Bay.
Step inside the living space to find elegant tile floors, an abundance of plush seating, and central AC for the warmest island days. Hang your beach bag in the closet and enjoy an afternoon of reading on the sofa, watching DVDs on the flatscreen cable TV or admiring the ocean views through the open lanai doors.
Prepare tantalizing appetizers in the gourmet kitchen, which features Viking professional appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and an island with seats for three sous chefs. Use the double ovens to start on dinner, pull a bottle of white from the wine fridge, and stack the plates in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
Sit down to eat in the open dining space for eight and bring your coffee, dessert, and cocktails out to 240-square-foot lanai. This lovely terrace provides a patio table and chairs, comfortable lounge seating, and spectacular sunset views of the beach and ocean. If you want to grill, there's communal grills on the grounds!
With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this condo will sleep a total of eight guests. The first master suite offers a king-size bed, doors that open to the lanai, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass stall shower. The second master suite has a king-size bed, ocean views, and a private bath, while the oceanview guest room features a pair of queen-size beds.
Additional amenities include a queen-size sofabed in the living room, flatscreen HDTVs in each of the bedrooms, a private washer/dryer, and WiFi throughout the home for your convenience.

Wonderful views. Super responsive owner and management company. Great resort style pools. The restaurant on site Dukes was great. Beds were comfortable. Fridge had plenty of space.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We arrived to 829 set up like a show home! Our family of 8 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our holiday. There was everything we needed to cook and eat in our place. The hall closet was stocked with beach chairs, sand toys and sun umbrellas.
Our favorite part of this place was the ocean view! We were able to watch whales every day, it was so amazing!
There are several options for pools to choose from. For pool chairs we recommend renting cabanas or showing up early to claim your spot.
