Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Beautiful, clean, condo with great amenities. Our biggest problem was running out of hot water every time we all needed to shower. There were only 4 of us—I can’t imagine how bad it would be with 6 people. In addition, the upstairs shower was unusable due to the ceiling’s slope and the “stuck” water direction (hitting the wall instead if the floor).

We love Kuilima Estates! My father had a condo there and sold it in 2012. This was our first time back staying at a rental. It was exactly the same as when we left...a beautiful property. The condo was great, clean, and management explained everything very well. We love staying on the North Shore! We will definitely be back :)

Overall a great experience. Trying to find out who to call for parking pass was a little confusing as the numbers at first either didn’t work or no one answered. I ended up driving to the office.

Our stay in the North Shore Haven condo at Turtle Bay Estates was absolutely the best vacation we've had. We were able to walk the extensive trails every morning and loved all of the nature just outside our doorstep. The unit was beautifully decorated and the A/C was a big bonus for us. Perfect way to spend a North Shore vacation.
