We really enjoyed our stay at this place! Kitchen was well equipped, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. And the location was perfect! Close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.

We enjoyed our little home away from home. I had with me my mom (77) and 2 kids (14 & 17). The beds were big enough for my mom and I to share without even getting close to one another. One kid slept in the other bed while the other kid slept on the pull-out sofa, which was very big and comfy. Although, when the sofa was not in bed mode, the cushions where very stained and kinda disgusting. I kept a sheet over them when in use.
There were 3 separate A/C units which kept the place cool and comfy as well.
My only suggestion is bring your own shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, and trash bags. We stayed a week and the website states they include all of that. But it's very limited. They left us 3 trash bags, but want us to take out the trash daily. The toiletries are hotel samples. Definitely not enough for a week with 3 women and their long hair.
Other than that, we truly enjoyed our little condo for the week.

The condo was great! It has everything you’d need for a Hawaiian beach vacation including chairs/cooler/etc. The kids really enjoyed the small grassy area off of the lanai.
The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfy, the rooms stayed dark in the mornings with blackout shades, and the AC worked very well! We have no complaints at all. Thanks for a great stay!!

Location was fantastic. Central, across the street from great beaches, plenty of places to eat.
unit was clean and comfortable although a bit dated as most rentals around kihei. peekaboo ocean view. well equipped kitchen.

Overall amazing place and location. 1/2 block from a spectacular beach! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing! Everything you could ever need is within walking distance and a grocery store is a short 2.5 miles away.
Needed additional beach, kitchen and bathroom towels as well as additional blankets. Please look at upgrading and buying new pillows.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our adult son and his wife. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was perfect for our party. Location is amazing. Unit is the first unit on the ground floor. Easy walk out to the beach. Very quiet unit. Kitchen was well equipped. just missing a cheese grater that i went out and bought. Lovely outdoor patio that we ate at for every meal with a view of the ocean. Was great to have a large water filter container in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

First day we were greeted with a roach infestation and had to deal with killing them the entire week. Had to buy traps. Called management company and was given several excuses as to why there were roaches. They came and put pesticide behind oven. Still had then everyday crawling around. Toilets had mold under the rims. Garbage trucks or delivery trucks every morning around 6:00 6:30. Groundskeepers very loud in early morning. Unit was dated and was not nearly as nice as presented on the website. Pool heater was broken. Dishwasher made loud noises when in use. Hot water did not accommodate three showers. Some of the beach chairs had mold on them. Couch had stains. Air conditioner units smelled musty and acrid. We paid too much for the condition of the unit and the roaches.

Beautiful as pictured, what we absolutely loved was the air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The Beds were the most comfortable we've slept on in Hawaii. The pool was Amazing. We will be back.
