You can book this condo with confidence because this property is a legally established dwelling : The City of Honolulu enacted a ordinance which allows rentals such as this one, however we can only rent for 30 days or more. Please understand we will not reduce the 30 day pricing based on the
number of nights occupied and our Rental Agreement and scheduling has now been adapted to comply with this new requirement.

Your family will enjoy a remodeled, tastefully decorated condo with a relaxing Hawaiian ambiance with bamboo floors throughout the condo.

Your bedroom has air conditioning, remodeled bathrooms both with travertine floors and travertine showers. One highlight is your own private lanai and yes your in the building closest to the Sandy beautiful beach with endless views of the beach and blue waters of Hawai’i. The remodeled kitchen has gorgeous views of the ocean but also beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel Fridge and Stove. You have a micro wave, toaster, blender and is basically fully furnished for your cooking needs.

We also provide quality bed sheets, Tommy Bahama comforters, along with hotel quality bath linens and Beach towels and beach chairs.

There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the bedroom has a/c it has an attached beautiful renovated full bathroom . Our guest love the convenience of the 2nd bathroom just down the hallway that was also recently ...

Stayed for a month. In addition to being the most well equipped, and cleanest, the ocean view everyday was dazzling. Very happy with the location and so relaxed. If you want to escape your daily routine, this is the place you are looking for (even if you have remote work to do) If you enjoy cooking, fresh and organic products are available at the market, gluten free or lactose free as well. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner at the lanai with the most beautiful landscape. Otherwise, be amused with the different cuisines you can find around the area. It is convenient to anywhere you want to visit on Hawaii - North Shore. (Hiking trails, Lua, botanic garden, waterfall, swimming with the sharks, snorkeling right out front, visiting tropical farms: macadamia, coffee, pineapples, and tropical gardens). One of the best surf spots in the world is just 10 minutes away from there, every beach is unique and beautiful. The Communication with Stu before, during and after booking this place was wonderful. I will recommend this place and I will definitely stay there again! Mahalo Stu & Debra!

This is our third time staying at Haleiwa Surf but our first time in this particular unit. It is beautifully finished, and very well equipped. We cooked a full Christmas dinner in the well supplied kitchen and even did some baking. The location is amazing. We often saw turtles up close and even saw some whales from the lanai. We enjoyed swimming, surfing and snorkeling all right outside the door. We had one plumbing situation which Stu quickly resolved. Stu provided great information about local sites and restaurants. He also left some “welcome” goodies which we really appreciated and enjoyed. I highly recommend this unit for couples or a family. Our family of four were very comfortable. We look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed here for a month and loved the beautiful beach setting!! The condo was comfortable with everything we needed . They responded quickly with anything we needed.

Stu is the best property manager of all time. He is super quick to response and helped me with everything right away. Gave me a TON of local recommendations of places to eat, things to do/see. I had the most amazing time there. The location is absolutely perfect, view is stunning. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be back!!!

It was perfect! Host was helpful with some cable TV issues, immediately responsive which I appreciated. Sheets and towels are 5 star hotel quality, a nice touch. The view from the living room is amazing....also close proximity to town, walking distance to shops & restaurants

This property is everything listed and more. The view is phenomenal and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation enjoying family time with our son who is stationed there. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

The location and the unit are spectacular! The unit is very comfortable and has a wonderful view. It has everything you need. Plus, the manager, Stu, is very friendly and responsive. All and all - 5 Star!

My wife and I had a great stay here. Close to numerous stores and restaurants but secluded at the same time. Very happy we chose to stay here over a resort. The place was very peaceful. Thank you!!
