My mother, sister, niece and myself stayed and had a wonderful time. The condo was on the older side but it was still very nice and clean. It had excellent views of the ocean and the mountains. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo was in a good location. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The other room has two twin beds. Family members sleeping on those beds said they where hard as boards and they slept poorly the entire stay. I would recommend updating those beds for future guests. I would also recommend bringing and extortion cord with usb outlets. The condo had limited outlets and only one usb plug in one bedroom. The condo came with everything you would need for your stay. I would stay again. Mahalo

Lovely property, exactly as advertised. Gorgeous view of ocean and whales from balcony, we would have breakfast and watch them surface (some mothers and calves). Pool was clean, though a bit on the small side, and apartment was clean too. All amenities worked and there were no issues. Overall, a great place to stay, and very family-friendly + well located.

The condo needs to be stocked much better, there are no plastic bags and or wrap in kitchen. No laundry soap or cleaning supplies at all . We had to purchase more paper towels , toilet paper , kitchen wrap , cleaning supplies and laundry soap . I stay at many properties around the world and have never had to buy my own cleaning supplies . Especially after and during Covid . I would put more into making your guests welcome :) other then that all was beautiful . Mahalo

My family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 14) stayed here over new year for 9 days and loved it! We also came with another family who stayed in another condo on the same floor. Every night we would watch the green sea turtles come in on the beach beside us and every morning we would wake up to the whales splashing. Condo is well set up and comfortable, and the beach chairs and boards etc were awesome for days at all of the easily accessible (by car) beaches in Kihei, Lahaina and Kaanapali. Yes there is plane noise but for us it wasn’t an issue. Also the winds in the afternoon were lovely and a great way to cool everything down. This condo and area is also a lovely haven away from all the busyness of the more touristy towns. I would definitely stay here again.

No hassle and easy access to the condo. We usually stay in Ma’alaea since it’s near town, and we visit family. The trade winds were in full force as they usually are this time of year, and if you don’t mind it it’s fine. I’m used to it since I grew up here. Overall appreciate the use of the condo!!!

The first time we walked into the condo, I noticed that there was no smell, which was a great first impression. It was clean, well-stocked, and served its purpose fabulously. The views outside of this unit are phenomenal. You can see the ocean to the left and a mountain to the right. Our book on Maui states that it may be the windiest place on the island as it gets a concentration of wind that has been squeezed between mountains (not due to windmills as one reviewer wrote). We welcomed the breeze as it made laying out in the sun and walking the beach extremely easy to do and the sound of the blowing wind quickly lulled us to sleep after a fun day exploring. We chose to stay in Maalaea due to its central location to Hana, Kula, and Lahaina plus we had a deep sea fishing trip one day and a snorkeling trip another day that departed from there. We also saw green sea turtles in our area—about twenty of them at the boat dock sea wall around 2:00pm and nightly on the beach to the left of our building. The airplanes coming into Maui would fly over our unit and we enjoyed watching them come in. The kitchen and bathrooms were great and the beds could have been worse. The management company brought a mattress topper for us to use on the king bed and that helped a lot. The TV cable connection at the back of the TV could not be made tight enough for secure contact so that caused some frustration as turning on the tv was inconsistent. There also is no beachfront at this property, however the pool is our first choice of relaxing outside. We are not sure if there are restrooms near the pool so we did have to run upstairs each time we had to use the facilities. The pool requires a key to get in as well as get out so be sure to take a phone with you in case someone in your party leaves you stranded. We went to Kihei Beach one day and the umbrella and chairs were fabulous. Once the trade winds came in around 2:00, sand flew up on everyone and the beach cleared. This was an end unit and was very quiet. We did not hear any noise from neighbors. There were deer across the road near the fence line that we could see in the mornings and evenings. It is a nice, short walk to the closest beach as well as to a few little shops, the general store, Hula Cookies, Ocean Aquarium, a couple of restaurants, as well as the boat tours. A local told us that they stopped enforcing the paid parking and we did get a $35 ticket on one of our last days.

There are additional items needed in the description: 1) it is 7.8 miles from the end of the runway at Kahului- we were woken up by early flights both mornings. 2) it is located next to Maui’s wind farm. The wind was so strong we were woken up. The windows do not seal properly so you hear whistling from the wind. I reread the reviews and there were a couple other guests that said the same thing. This condo is on the 5th of 6 floors on the end of the building. We had friends in another part of the building that were not affected by the wind. 3) there was a strange smell - probably cigarettes. Amy was professional and responsive.
