The Aloha House is a spacious, well-appointed, four-bedroom home, each with its own attached full bathroom. There is a half bathroom off the living room. The back deck has a heated outdoor shower and hot tub. The Aloha House has three separate decks located on the Northern Shore of Kauai, with breathtaking waterfalls cascading down the North Shore mountains.
The Aloha House flexibility allows the guests to change the dates for any reason with no upcharge.
The home is located in the pristine Princeville Resort Community. The Aloha House has six sliding glass doors and windows galore throughout the home, with all the Hawaiian trade winds providing fresh air constantly into the home. Walk to 4 different beaches in Princeville, Puo Poa, Hideaways, Queen Emmas Bath, and Sealodge Beach. The North Shore of Kauai is set apart from any other place on earth, with more magnificent scenery per mile than any place, the majestical deep green mountains, and crystal blue water. From the Lanai, one can see beautiful waterfalls on Namolokama Mountain; also, from the second-floor wrap-around lanai, you will see breathtaking Hanalei Bay and marvelous sunsets over the Bali Hai skyline. We took a family of 8 to Kauai to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have been happier with the Aloha House. Tracy was great to work with and provided a lot of great information about the area around us. We loved the house and we loved Kauai. We would 100% stay here again.

We recently stayed at Tracy's Aloha house and had a great time! The house is perfect for large groups and has everything you think you may need to make the trip a success. Tracy is great to work with and made everything very easy.

Our group of 6 adults just spend 4 nights at Aloha House. We were very pleased with the house! Tracy was excellent at communicating and could not have been more accommodating by giving us early check in and late check out! Our favorite things about the house were that each bedroom has a private bath, lots of porches, a spacious living and dining area, and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a paved path just outside the neighborhood great for walking, running or biking. This is a great location for North Shore activities. We enjoyed Hanalei and Hanalei Bay which are not far away. There is a very convenient shopping center in Princeville with a number of food options and a grocery store. At times it was a little warm without AC but there are plenty of fans and sliders and windows with screens. Highly recommend!!

Property was beautiful. Comfortable furniture and beds.
There was a fully stocked kitchen.
The back deck was nice especially with the jacuzzi and grill. We did have a lot of rain so we couldn’t use the deck because everything was wet 😢
Tracy was very gracious and accommodating in allowing us to
host a dinner party for 10 people along with a private chef. It was beyond my expectations! Our chef commented that he had everything he needed to complete the meal with such a nicely stocked kitchen!
The house is beautifully appointed!
What a breathtakingly awesome view from the master suite upstairs.
At night you can hear the waves crashing from every deck and bedroom in the house.
What a great house to get a good nights sleep in!
