    Entire Condo/apt. - 1 block from Waikiki Beach (5 min walk)! In the HEART of Waikiki. Sleeps up to 3 adults comfortably. We have a twin air bed if needed for a fourth person but it will be tight. Work space with secure dedicated WIFI, Wall AC unit, FULL Kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc., a few staples for cooking, CLEAN with fresh towels, Queen size bed, sofa converts to a full-size bed, beach towels. Easy self-access with a lock box and Fob key. Parking is one block away.

    We are located on the 5th floor (top) away from the street and bar.
    Suitable for a small family.

    Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping!

    WiFi Internet inside unit (dedicated router, not shared - upload 1, download 15) and also poolside (separate/public).

    Mahalo (thank you) for your time and for considering this clean unit. This nostalgic building was built in 1959 and has a vintage boutique ambiance with only 5 Floors. It is owned by the Queen Emma Foundation and still has the pink hotel reference of the Royal Hawaiian Pink Hotel. This is Vintage Waikiki at its best. Hawaii 5-0 has filmed here many times. don't let the outside appearance fool you. The last filming was done in 2019.

    Great location for walking to the beach, shopping and catching transportation to go outside of Waikiki. The place had a very nostalgia feel for two 70 yr old ladies of a young day. It was clean and comfortable and would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

    Pros: - Fantastic location, so I can visit many shopping malls and restaurants by walking. - Has a free parking spot, although one block away. - Very smooth communication with the property manager. The reported issue got resolved after the first day. - Reasonably priced. Cons: - The facility is old. Saw ants in the bathroom and sometimes on the table. The toilet did not function well on the first day. - Not enough towels for a long stay. Need to use the laundry machine outside to clean towels by ourselves.

    The building is older and a bit rundown but the unit itself was clean. We had 2 units in the building and this one worked best for some of our younger family members as it was quite basic. The 20-somethings were perfectly happy there, taking turns to sleep in the main bed as the sofa bed was less comfortable. Location is great.

    We enjoyed Waikiki the apartment met most of our needs, the aircon is very noisy and dated, a newer split system would make this place better, the numerous fans help a little but add to the noise, otherwise the facilities location etc all good

    Fantastic for the younger partiers and shoppers. It was pleasant and I really enjoyed the neighborhood bar on the ground floor. Parking was included and very close and convenient.

    Overall, we were comfortable in this condo. Our host Bili responded promptly and was very helpful to us getting settled. My husband likes to cook so the kitchen was a plus. The unit was clean though needs updates to the decor to include toiletries. Though it’s no fault of the owner, it was unfortunate that having the patio door open for a nice breeze, brought in smells from cigarette and cannabis smokers daily. Not an ideal view but it was a peaceful atmosphere once inside of the unit The elevator carpet, lobby, and entryway needs to be updated with new carpet. Having a washer/dryer available was good. The lighting could be better in certain areas, such as corners, especially when coming in at night. The pool needs to be updated and the pandemic can no longer be an excuse for the delay in fixing it. The convenience of walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping made this an ideal stay. A car rental is not necessary unless you want to explore the island—which we did. We love Hawaii! The stay at this unit was worth it.

    Bili was an amazing host. The property was described perfectly and was in a great location. Check in process was as smooth as can be as they were thoroughly explained. Super short walk to the beach and shopping was less than 4 mins away. Kitchen was a PLUS and it was CLEAN. Bili was super responsive with questions that came about. Parking was a super short distance and everything felt safe.

    My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this place. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, full kitchen with all essentials, very clean. Just 3 minutes walk to parking garage, right in the center of Waikiki center with all the shops and restaurants, 5 min to the beach. Great location!
