A spacious 1,400 square foot fully air conditioned condo with oversized windows and two lanais help guests enjoy the surrounding beauty of the resort. Master and guest bedrooms with respective bathrooms provide privacy, while plenty of closet space and a front load washer and dryer accommodate visitors with extended stays. The two twin beds in the guest bedroom can be merged to make one king bed. The living room sofa also converts to a hide a bed. Everything you need is in the kitchen for preparing and eating all your meals. Enjoy WiFi, two cable TVs (living room and master bedroom), a stereo, DVD player, books and beach accessories kept for all guests. A ground floor unit with no stairs makes the condo easy to access.

Poipu Kai Resort is on beautifully manicured lawns and gardens in the Poipu Beach community. Guests have access to swimming pools, Jacuzzis and tennis courts. Through the heart of the resort is the greenbelt, a scenic walking path which links the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach at one end, and Brennecke’s/Poipu Beach Park at the opposite end. Within a few minutes drive of the condo you have access to Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukui'ula where you'll find a wide variety of casual and fine dining along with dozens of stores to shop. A 5 minute drive will get you to Old Town Koloa with more shopping and grocery stores, along with a bank and post office. For golf enthusiasts you're a couple minutes to the beautiful Kiahuna and Poipu Bay Golf Courses.

The Regency swimming pool is just steps away from the condo along with a jacuzzi and covered gas grills. The condo is away from the street to eliminate noise and other traffic nuisance. The condos windows and lanais face Northeast allowing trade winds to blow through the condo, while reducing heat from direct sunlight. In the absence of trade winds you can enjoy air conditioning throughout the unit.

The condo was gorgeous - much larger than expected with great space to spread out, made it easy to work remotely and not be on top of each other. A/C & wifi work great. Awesome pool & hot tub just steps away, which we miss already!

Great condo and great location! Very clean and spacious and we appreciated all the thoughtful little touches. Very quick walk to a beach in ether direction via the walking paths. Host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

The layout was nice for 5 adults and the location to the beach, restaraunts and pool was perfect. Kitchen was extremely equipped with all you need. The only downfall for us was there wasn’t any beach chairs which we are used to. Highly recommend this unit.

The owner is so easy to work with. We have stayed here twice now and intend on returning. The location to the ocean is an easy walk, even for kids and seniors and there is a wagon to move your beach gear. Everything needed for the beach from chairs to towels is here. Don’t want sand today? The pool is about twenty feet away. It is super clean and has a hot hot tub, not the wimpy bath tub kind. Hardy anyone was in the pool during the day so it was also wonderfully peaceful. The property has multiple pools so everyone isn’t crammed into one. The walk to the beach is paved and gorgeous. The grounds are immaculate and the other condos just beautiful so it will be the best 10-15 mins ever. The condo itself is lovely and spacious. Both bathrooms have ample room for 2. There are two private lanais, two tvs you will probably never use along with AC that will most likely not be needed. The kitchen has everything you would need. The winds here are aromatic and just breezy enough. Also this side of the island gets enough rain for things to be lush but only at night or maybe for 5-10 minutes during the day. Joel is such a great host I’m sure he arranged that! If you get a chance to visit this property do so! You won’t be sorry. About us: 4 midwesterners, adult family.
