Great stay. Property was close to everything and next to the Grand Hyatt. The condo is well stocked and has everything one may need, and the owners are fabulous communicators. The air conditioner in the bedroom was great! I am sensitive to smells, and the condo did have a very strong musty smell. This could be easily remedied with an air purifier or a nice candle. We were out exploring more than we were in the condo and it was the perfect spot to explore the south side of the island. Highly recommend the Beach House for dinner with reservations at sunset.
Really nice place for the two of us to stay. It was pretty hot while we were there, so we missed not having an air conditioner. The location is really good; I just think we are old and kind of partial to the slowness of the north shore. Kathy was wonderful and made everything easy.

A beautiful location and a terrific host. Kathy (the owner) was very responsive and accomandated a slightly early check-in since the unit was ready. The condo was very clean and well appointed. All the basics were already there in terms of spices, cooking oil, and every pot, pan, or untensil you could ever need. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, all ready for use. I absolutely would recommend this property and this unit specifically to future guests.
Fantastic location next to Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach. Quiet complex with very clean grounds and pool. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Outstanding. This unit was exactly as described by our very responsive host Kathy. Immaculate and ready for us at check-in time. All the amenities worked perfectly and easy to figure out especially with Kathy's excellent instructions. No ocean view from the Lanai itself but a ten-foot walk onto the large common area gave us a nice panorama. Easy walk to a very nice pool, and easy walk the opposite direction to hang out at Shipwreck Beach. We had a wonderful time!
We enjoyed everything about this condo. The location is perfect! The only thing had nothing to do with the owner or the condo itself. It is with the cleaners. I don't think they wash the floors. You shouldn't be wearing shoes inside but we found the floors to be so dirty that we had no choice. Hopefully that was just a one time thing. But, we will definitely be back to this condo in the future. The owner was easy to get a hold of and the condo is lovely. We have stayed in a LOT of condos in Hawaii and this is the best one on Kauai that we've stayed. We'll be back!!

This accommodation was perfect in so many ways. The unit was well stocked with initial kitchen supplies, beach equipment and information of local dining options. We enjoyed our hiking in Kokee State Park as well as walks from the unit. Our morning sunrise walks were a great way to start the day.

This property is central to many popular experiences on the South Shore of Kauai. Check in was easy, communication was wonderful, and the unit itself was immaculate. This condo is in a great location and we enjoyed our time here. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. It was nice to be close to the ocean but also have access to a beautiful pool area as well.
Communication was great with Kathy and she was always very responsive.
This ground floor home is adorable. She has thought of everything, Its close to resorts with amazing food. Enjoyed spending our last 3 nights on the south shore. The AC in the bedroom gets the room perfect to fall asleep. I am a light sleeper and needed to get ear plugs so it could be run off and on at night as needed. We were very busy and did not hang out during the day. We used the pool once it was a great cool off at the end of the day.

We loved this property for its closeness to Shipwreck Beach. Everything that you could think of was supplied by the owner. The only issue I had was operating the TV! The 2 remotes were confusing to this older lady. Following the instructions left by the owner didn't always work, but then who watches that much TV when you are vacationing in paradise. I highly recommend this property!
First time on an island Hawaii! Kaua’i is Stunning ! The condo very clean, the bed very comfortable, quiet, and so relaxing ! 10/10 recommended, we can’t wait to book our next trip in this fabulous condo again!

We loved everything about this condo. From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by sounds of Hawaii, we felt at home. Sparkly clean and spacious, with everything you need within walking distance. Grab the provided beach chairs and umbrella and head to either Poipu or Shipwreck Beach! Hike the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail that begins at Shipwreck Beach for stunning views. Walk the path through Poipu Kai Resort from Shipwreck Beach (in front of Grand Hyatt) to Brennecke's Beach to watch sea turtles come up for their nighttime rest. Enjoy a relaxing day at the Grand Hyatt pool and lagoon via Resort Pass or simply lounge in the comfy outdoor chairs listening to the sounds of the ocean. All of the amenities in the condo and on the grounds were well cared for and it is obvious Kathy & Bob take great pride in making sure you enjoy your stay. Kathy got right back to us when we reached out and was so helpful. We stayed here for 5 nights in May to celebrate our 35th anniversary and hope to be back for our 40th and beyond!
Went to Waikiki for a wedding then decided to come to Kauai for the first time. The condo was a perfect place to use as a home base to see all the sights and to relax. I loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt so there were many scenic walking areas.

Perfect for a couple. Bed was comfortable. Half door on shower causes some splatter... Kitchen well equipped. Good breeze passing through when front and back doors open and screen doors closed. Nice to have an air conditioner in bedroom for sleeping. Walkway to Grand Hyatt and Poipu Point excellent!
We absolutely loved the clean, spacious apartment so close to Shipwreck and the Hyatt. We walked to the tortoise area and the caves and Maulepu and had a fabulous time. Loved the kitchen and washer/dryer. The TV was a bit of a puzzle, but everything else was great.
