We had an awsome time. The condo was amazing. We enjoyed ever second. The view was awesome. It was quite and quiet The pool was incredible. I highly recommend VRBO. However, the only criticism that I have is that I didn't realize that there would be a separate fee for VRBO. You should disclose that information in the ad when viewing condos with v r b o.
Great place to come back to after a long day of golf, tubing and sightseeing. Ate most of our meals in, kitchen has everything you need.
My family really enjoyed the property. It was large enough to accommodate all 7 of us and was located in a great location.
Great location on the island and fabulous layout of Townhouse located on 2nd level so quite a few stairs to get in. If you don’t mind stairs then perfect. Very clean, it has everything you need for a nice stay. The pool area is great. Pool, hot tub, toddlers pool, sun chairs and umbrellas.
Wonderful view. Easy access to beach. Peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
The place was clean and fully stocked. The beach supplies is appreciated and made it relaxing. It is in a convenient location and we got to enjoy rainbows from the lanai.
Lovely property but there are three flights of stairs. Not suitable for elderly couple.View is beautiful and location is close to beach and great hikes along the water.

We were here for almost two weeks. The place is just lovely: great view, beautiful condo with two bedrooms and two baths. The place was updated and very clean. They provided 2 beach chairs and two sets of goggles and one set of face mask/ snorkel and flippers and towels. Read the guest book for recommendations. And download the app Revealed ( Kauai version) for more recommendations.* The only thing you need to be aware of is it is three flights of stairs to get up to the condo, which is how you get the gorgeous view from the balcony. But it’s tough getting luggage up there!! We would definitely go back!! It’s walking distance to Poipu Beach to see the green sea turtles, monk seals and swim. The pool is large enough to swim laps and having a washer and dryer combo is convenient for sure.
Clean and quiet end-unit on the golf course. Pool and BBQ area were really nice. TV system was a little dated and difficult to use, had to manually control the cable box most of the time. Stairs werent an issue for us but could be for some on the 2nd level.
Beautiful view! Close to beaches, lots of amenities, well stocked kitchen. Very nicely decorated. Clear instructions and labels on light switches. We loved the lanai and the grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. We'd stay there again!
What an ideal condo, resort, location and view!!! Easy stroll to Poipu Beach through gorgeous garden path! Resort pool divine! Clean and completely appointed with even beach towels, beach chairs and water bottles!!! One of the most comfortable king beds ever!!! Great central location especially to incredible restaurants!! Safe, well-lit resort with manicured, beautiful grounds! Truly a wonderful week in Kauai and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!
Be aware the hike upstairs to the penthouse is not for anyone with issues with heart or disabilities! We were fine but there are definitely steps!! And please change your listing to include the lovely second bedroom! The condo is actually 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths!!! I almost didn’t book bc we thought we had more family going but since they couldn’t I did book it but we could have easily had plenty of room for them but listing needs to reflect the bedrooms and beds!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the property was quiet. Parking was easy and we could walk to the beach. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas. It was not a problem for us at all, but there are three flights of stairs if that is something you need to consider. We will hopefully be back and will certainly stay there again.
Our family had an amazing stay at this condo. It was well stocked with all the things you need as if you were home. We love the decorations throughout the house. This place was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful grounds, and most notably the LOCATION! Literally one block away from the beach. We loved how close we were to everything while still enjoying a quiet, private experience. Barbara at Coastline Cottages was easy to work with, even approving our request for late check out. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards and snorkel gear that we used throughout our stay. Truly a wonderful place to stay, could not recommend enough.
Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in this roomy condo. The unit was set up so the 2 end bedrooms were very private and more suite like. The condo location also provided a more private lanai with golf course view. Kitchen appointments could be improved by more pans and other useful cooking tools. But keep in mind i like to cook in, others may want to eat out more. Pool is close by and great for kids. Beach is a 5 minute drive. If spa days are your thing, Koloa Landing (5 min away) was wonderful and gives you pool privileges for the day. We really enjoyed our stay. Aloha
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, and the views were great. We loved the location, and the condo itself was very comfortable and well-equipped.

This property was very centrally located in Poipu. It was clean and well kept. We only had an issue with the door opening. We had to enter the code 3-4 times before it would open. Enjoyed our stay there.
We loved the privacy of the corner unit and large balcony overlooking the golf course with easy parking. The unit was spacious and clean. Kitchen fully stocked with plates, cups, spoons/knives, pots, pans and cutting board (used to cut fruits/watermelon). Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciate the beach toys and pool floats. The bathroom had plenty of towels —
we ran out of toilet tissue which we got from target.
Definitely would stay here again with our family.

We loved our stay in this amazing condo. It was nice quiet and so large we felt at home. I would recommend this place for to anyone looking to stay in the Poipu area.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again or recommend it. The unit was extremely well-appointed, spacious and just overall a great experience. It was within walking distance to a shopping area and a short ride to neighboring towns.

Nicely appointed, well stocked, convenient…..overall, a very nice stay. Easy walk to Poipu Beach. The walk up (two flights) might be difficult for elderly, but not an issue for us. Would choose here again.
