The condo was very clean and well stocked. Excellent view of the ocean. The grounds and swimming pool are well maintained. The sliding door to the lanai is old and could stand to be replaced. Overall a great experience and we would recommend this unit in a heartbeat.
This location was perfect for our family of 3 and had all the amenities we needed. The sunsets over the water were amazing. Thank you for allowing us into your home during our visit to Maui.
Sharon was amazing and communicated everything thoroughly and very timely. She didn’t leave a thing out and made things super easy. Her place was awesome. We had everything g we needed for a ten night stay including an amazing view of the ocean! Sitting on the Lanai in the morning was other worldly. The condo was set up perfectly with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Beds were amazingly comfortable and there was a desk in one of the rooms that came in handy for work. We were there during the tsunami alert and had to evacuate. Sharon checked in on us to make sure we were safe and knew where to evacuate. What a sweetheart! Thank you for everything Sharon. Two last things, the Indian restaurant on site, Monsoon Bar and Grill, is amazing! And the beach and fishing pool was turtle central and amazing for kids. Turtles all day long and they would come to shore at sunset. So amazing.

Sharon and her property are great! Easy to get to, easy to access (so great that the property has an elevator) comfortable and delightful furnishings - everything was super. Sharon's responsiveness to questions is the best and she has her home "stocked" so very well. Get to the unit before you make a store run. You may not need to purchase those condiments, etc, that you thought you might need! Great time!
Aloha. Great clean unit. Property is in a great location on the beach side of the road. 1 minute from being in the condo to toes in the sand. Pool and BBQ were great amenities. Owner was very responsive when we asked her a question.

My husband and I, as well as a second couple stayed at the condo and were very pleased with the accommodations. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with amenities. We really enjoyed that there were floaties and other beach accessories! We were there at the peak of whale season and rented a kayak that we took right out of the bay at the condo and got up close and personal with amazing wildlife! The roof views of sunsets were spectacular, and the Indian restaurant in the building was delicious! I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Loved the lanai as it was shaded all day long so was always comfortable. Condo sited so that with all doors and windows open there is a nice breeze right through it. Never had to use the AC. Lots of supplies and kitchen was well equipped. Close to Kihei road so there is quite a bit of road noise during the day until 10 pm or so. If condo closed up you probably would not notice it. Enjoyed the on site restaurant. Owner quick to reply to questions.
Enjoyed our stay. Sunsets were gorgeous, we saw whales and turtles everyday. Loved watching people play shuffleboard, kids playing from the lanai. Especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and coffee in the unit as we got there in the wee hours. Would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean unit that had everything we needed. Beautiful view and quiet area. My kids loved the grassy area to play games, watching the sunset from the top of the building was a favorite of ours and fun to see turtles up close in the fish pond each day. Central location and close to restaurants which made it nice. We would definitely stay here again. Our family loved our week staying here!
Very nice grounds. Near beach and lot's of turtles. Pretty much everything you need in the condo. The 4 beach chairs and umbrella are pretty well used, but hey, lot's of places don't provide those amenities. (One thing, if you are looking for a place that has a fitness center, this property doesn't have one).
Kitchen well stocked with what's needed. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
This is our 3rd stay in Kihei. We absolutely loved the location as the beach wasn't crowded. The condo had everything we needed and more. The roof top views were amazing!
We really enjoyed staying here with our family. The place was clean, stocked with anything you might need for the beach and such a beautiful view. It was very convenient having beach chairs and towels there at the condo. The restaurant on the ground floor was AMAZING too! Traveling with a 4 year old is never easy but having the fold down sofa was such a blessing. Everyone slept good while we were there. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a Nice place to stay.
We already miss the ocean views and walks on the beach. The unit worked great for our family and we especially enjoyed the supplied beach amenities as we were on the beach a ton. Sharon was very responsive and accumulating as host. Mahalo!
We absolutely loved this condo! We went to the beach everyday and having beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were extremely helpful. Condo was clean, the AC worked great, and it was in a great location. We will definitely book here in the future and I 10000% recommend it to anyone looking for a condo to rent in Maui. Mahalo!

This apartment was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys/gear.
Location was perfect with the only small complaint being parking can be hard to find(especially with a larger vehicle) in the evening.
Host was amazing. Quick to respond to messages both before and during our stay.
This was our first trip to Maui and we hope to come back and stay here again.
Overall such a wonderful relaxing visit. Place was perfect for us and friends to visit and reconnect. Loved that we had access to bbq’s. We picked up some local meat and watched a beautiful sunset. Walking distance to a lot of places. Perfect location to drive to beaches. A very quiet and peaceful place . Condo was clean, and comfortable. Will visit again. Owner was easy to work with and very kind and responsive to any questions I had. . Easy communication and overall such a wonderful experience to add to our trip.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Plenty of room, 2 bed/2 bath (with king sized beds!). Clean and organized, well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location, right on the beach, no road to cross!

This stay worked well for us and nice to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. It had everything we needed and the location worked well for going different places on the island. Well stocked with beach toys although we didn’t use them.
Central location. Long stretch of beach to walk going south. Beautiful sunsets from roof. Homey decor with plenty of beach gear for use.

The property location is the best. Great views of the beach. Turtles in the morning. Afternoon breeze is also great. Close to shops, restaurants, and stores. Lots of parking but not enough disabled parking slots for my Dad. But overall the location is superb. We had a great time.
