We had a lovely stay at the Emmalani Court condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our one week visit on Kauaii. The owner was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked our trip until the day we checked out. We can't wait to visit again!

We had an incredible time. The home is spacious with stunning views and immediate access to coastal trails. The cookware and dining space was perfect and well equipped to prepare meals at home. Check-in was a breeze with our entry-code and welcome packet, and our host Marla was incredibly responsive, communicative and kind in advance of - and during - our stay. We’ll definitely return!
Very good communication throughout stay. Property is as pictured. Very good beds, linens and towels. Condo had very comfortable furniture. We loved looking out at the golf course and seeing the sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location is great. Close to Hideaway Beach and Queen’s Bath. Unfortunately Queen’s Bath was closed. Definitely need to rent a vehicle to get around the island. The pool is very nice. The owner of the condo gave a lot of info on places to eat and beaches to visit. Owner was extremely attentive to any concerns.
Location is great. Great open Condo, Plenty of room. Both bedrooms have very linens and great beds in both rooms . Condo is well taken care of and not overstuffed with big furniture. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.
Loved this condo! The place was clean and had EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay. It provided adequate space for our family of six, which included my mother in law and three kids.The view from the back patio was relaxing and lovely. Perfect place to enjoy a cup or coffee and enjoy the sun and birds.Our Host provided great information about the rental and local area. They notified us of an issue with the blinds that resulted in them having to hang curtains. That was such an insignificant thing to us but they wanted to be sure we were aware of a difference in what to expect. We actually loved the curtains and how much light they blocked when trying to get just a few more winks of sleep.We did use the pool once during our stay and the kids really enjoyed it. The manager, Chris, came out to introduce himself and check on us. Very kind and helpful guy.Would definitely recommend this place and can’t sit to visit again!
We (4 adults) were very comfortable in this condo. It was open, airy, had beautiful surroundings, quiet and clean. The beach chairs, coolers and other beach equipment were a great addition. We loved the Princeville area and would definitely return to this condo.
The condo is very true to the pictures. It sits on a golf course with a small distant view of the ocean and a lovely view of the gardens. The sun would rise in front of our deck and we enjoyed coffee in the AM there. It is well appointed and clean. The main bathroom has been well loved but was perfectly fine. The location was great. There is a bike path outside the complex that quickly takes you to a off road path that continues for approx 1.6 miles to the park and a little shopping area with a Foodland, Lapperts ice cream, cute shops and a few places to eat. If you turn right out of the complex and walk in that direction for about 1/2 mile there are a couple options to walk down to beaches. In the condo the 2 bedrooms have independent air conditioners which were nice and there are plenty of fans in the main living areas. The unit is also fully stocked with beach chairs, snorkle gear, coolers, boogie boards and kids beach toys. We would love to come back again and enjoy this lovely condo.
We had a great time at the condo. It is large and comfortable and so so quiet!! It is great to see all the birds on the golf course. We have stayed in this complex numerous times and we love it. It feels safe and has everything we need.
After spending two weeks on other Hawaiian islands we finished our last six days on Kauai (Princeville)The location at the golf course was perfect and the nearby hikes, beaches and restaurants were only a short drive awayA real treat to walk the course early in the morning to watch the sunrise over the fairway and a beautiful view of the surf belowThe unit was very comfortable for the two of us and could easily accommodate 4 adults Certainly looking forward to returning to Princeville again
We had an amazing stay at this very special place! The location is perfect for walking to secluded beaches and is very quiet. The unit is tastefully decorated and well stocked with lots of beach chairs and equipment. The bedding is high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts communicated promptly and their suggestions for activities and restaurants were wonderful. We are already planning a return trip!

It was our 3rd time in Kauai and we travelled with our 9 month old, 6 year old and my in-laws. Communication with the hosts was great and they accommodated a crib and highchair which were in the condo once we arrived. The location of the rental is on the golf course and a few minutes’ walk from the ocean. Location was fantastic! The kitchen was more than well equipped for our stay. The inflatable mattress for our 6-year-old was easy to use and worked nicely. The BBQ and pool access was a nice addition, and we used them quite often on our 2-week stay. Both BBQs were in new condition and temperature of the pool was refreshing and quite nice. There is tons to do in Kauai and don’t be afraid to go off the beaten path for a hike or to explore this majestic island. Will be back for sure and would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We are former locals on holoholo. The owners have a lot of sweetness we call Aloha. In communication, all was clear from the description, to check in and departure. This is a very beautiful rental. We loved the dining table and decor. The beds were really comfortable. There's a Ninja blender, Instant Pot, coffee grinder that most rentals weve been at don't furnish. It met ALL our needs. We absolutely loved this place. It’s so close to Hanalei Bay and the neighborhood is lovely. My kids loved the pool and the sand toys and boogie boards to take to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay. This place is very quiet and relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms worked well. We were a little worried about being hot in the living area but it was very pleasant.

Very comfortable beds, nice furniture, quiet location, well equipped kitchen. Some of the beach chairs need replaced. Did encounter several large cockroaches and a couple of small ones - but supplied spray seemed to take care of them. Could supply larger bars of soap for bathroom verses hotel size. Being a second story unit, just be prepared to carry luggage, groceries, etc. up and down stairs. Lower rating on cleanliness due to floor having sand on it and inside closets where beach items were stored.
Overall this was a great place to stay - home was well taken care of.
This is the place to stay. The home is beautiful and clean. The owners were fantastic. Close to everything we wanted. Pool, hot tub and grill were steps away. Home had everything we needed for the beach. We met Chris who oversees the grounds. He’s near the pool area frequently. He have us many good recommendations and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Please stay here, you will love it!
The hosts had beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers…everything we needed for the beach. Great location, very convenient for snorkeling at Aninni or swimming at Hanalei Bay. Quiet. It was the perfect place for us.
