The stay was perfect-walking distance to beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax in the mornings and evenings. Great house for a large family with everyone having a bit of their own space to relax

The layout of the home is excellent and accommodating to multiple families. The location is great and the community of Princeville is very active with walking paths and such always occupied with people. Wonderful stay. My only grievance is I wish the property manager could have responded sooner to an inquiry for more essentials in the home. It’s not a big deal nor changes my outlook on the property, but it is just frustrating to travel all that way and have to take time out of your vacation to run to the store for items that should be there already. To their defense I did make the request on a Friday afternoon, but it still would have enhanced the experience if they could have gotten to it sooner.
The house is simply terrific and it exceeded our expectations at every level. We had 9 people and we all had plenty of space. The house is well designed and the furniture is very comfortable. The house wonderfully facilitates group meals, but it also gives everyone private space. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The fourth is a nice bedroom with two twin beds. There is a pullout bed in the second level living room. There are 4 outdoor seating areas. Two on the front and two in the back. I worked while I was there and I loved sitting on the upstairs balcony looking at the mountains. The house has everything you need – from kitchen to beach items.The one possible downside is that it is not right on the water. You can just barely see the ocean. But the neighborhood is fantastic and very resort like. There are various resorts sprinkled throughout and there are two restaurants at a resort that are a simple 5 minute walk away. The home is a 10 minute walk to fantastic ocean views. And it is only a couple of miles from Hanalei Bay. There is a nice grocery store about 1.5 miles away.We would absolutely stay here again.

I recently got married in the Princeville area and 6 of us stayed in this home and it was absolutely perfect! So much space and the views of the golf course, neighborhood itself, and watching the sunset every night from the patio are stunning! It’s walking distance to Happy Talk restaurant at Hanalei Bay resort which was super convenient too. The Management team was also very easy to communicate with and highly responsive and helpful!
We love the place! It was nice and clean. We enjoyed the skylights in the rooms and living space. The views are absolutely amazong inside and out.
We are a family of 7 adults. The house was perfect for us. Located just a few minute walk from the beach. Shopping, activities and restaurants were close by. The home itself has everything we needed and more. Beds are comfy. Lots of xtra quality items like plush towels, shampoo and soaps. Thank you for making our stay exceptional.

Our family booked this property for a week long trip and it was the perfect location and size for a group of 10. Plenty of space to spread out and yet the common areas were great for all of us to have dinner together, play games and hang-out in the evenings. Walking distance to the bar and restaurant at Hanalei Bay Resort at the end of the road, the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and the beautiful sunsets on hole #7 at the Makai Golf course. Very well equipped with everything you need for the beach and other outings.Highly recommend!

return! Plenty of beach gear in excellent condition too. Well managed! They even helped us with information on where to play tennis.

My family and I enjoyed our time at the Honoiki Road Hale. They had everything we needed and more, from beach towels and chairs to spike ball and snorkeling gear. The house perfectly accommodated our trip. It was a quiet, beautiful location and we had zero issues with our stay. Close to beaches, Princeville center and Hanalei Bay was an easy 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house for your perfect getaway! Lots of room. Beds are cozy. Plenty of bedding, linens, pillows, and towels. We fit 5 couples with the use of the pull out bed. Kitchen is well equipped. We used the beach chairs and body boards. Scenery is amazing. Ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach and Hanalei Bay if you cut through the wooded trail. We would book again!

This home was perfect for our two families. It is beautiful and fairly well appointed, with tons of beach gear in the garage, and decent kitchen supplies. Beautiful views, accessible location. And when we had a couple of minor fixes needing tending to, the team fixed them within hours. Suggested improvements: The blue couch in the living room smells very badly of mildew and needs to be replaced.
