Inside this third story condo: new custom tile, marble countertops, all new appliances, new furniture, mediterranean shower tiling, and balcony lanai table setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The unit comes standard with local cable, wide screen T.V., stereo, phone, washer/dryer, and free wifi access. A beautiful cherry wood cabinet with built-in desk adds a touch of function for your computer/workspace. I would highly recommend this property for anybody who wants an island getaway. Very well appointed condo that is nicer than the pictures. Amazing location with a great pool area, beautifully kept grounds and miles of beach out front for walking or just to relax and watch for sea turtles, there are lots of them. Enjoy a great variety of restaurants and shops close by. Everything you need is here from a well stocked kitchen to towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sunsets from the lanai. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

The accommodations were really great. I appreciate a place with nice quality cotton sheets and this place has them. Everything we could need was available. I had other family members staying in other units in the same complex and they were not as lucky. The owner was very responsive with any questions.

Marty’s condo is absolutely stunning. In unit laundry was very handy. The property is beautiful with tons of bonus amenities (pool, shuffle board, bocci ball, tennis etc). Located right on a sandy beach. By far the nicest place we stayed between several islands throughout the duration of our trip. Fantastic value for the price. Would recommend 100%!!!
