Huge, unobstructed ocean and island views from the living room, lanai and master bedroom. In fact, you don't even need to get out of bed to take in the ocean view from the master bedroom! The kitchen has been fully renovated with beautiful granite counter tops and cabinets. Both bathrooms have also been upgraded with new tile and fixtures. There is 50' LCD TV in living room, 46' LCD TV in master bedroom, beautiful artwork, washer/dryer in the unit, and more. The condo does not have A/C, but you'll enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze, and fans in every room keep it comfortable. Menehune Shores offers a large rooftop for sunsets, BBQs and whale watching (during whale season). You can also enjoy the fabulous Indian restaurant on site. The property as a whole is beautiful. The condo is lovely, we’ll equip with all the things your beach vacation needs. Clean comfortable and convenient. Katie is a great resource and a wonderful host.

One of the highlights of staying here was my interactions with Katie who is the property manager. We ended up being there during a Kona storm which lasted for two days so she anticipated a power disruption on the island, and proactively called to tell me where to find flashlights and the emergency kit. She also gave us an excellent recommendation to hike out to Dragon’s Teeth after a wonderful visit to Lahaina. Because she lives on the island she can share some great local insider tips. The condo definitely has a Hawaiian vibe in terms of its furnishings and is well appointed - perfect for a group of 3-4. It literally has everything you need. I did find some things in the kitchen cabinets needing to be hand washed because they had been put away dirty, but that’s likely due to past renters and not the owners. The updates made to the kitchen and bathrooms were noticeable. What makes this condo an absolute gem is the view of the ocean from the lanai. I’m certain you won’t find that anywhere else on the island for as reasonable a rate as this one. Sipping coffee while listening to the waves was exactly what I needed and it fully delivered. It was a memorable visit for sure! And if you like Indian food definitely visit the on-site restaurant called Monsoon Bar & Grill. We had a delicious meal here on our first night.

Wow, what a lovely condo, we would definitely come back here. It’s wonderful to fall asleep to the ocean sounds, there are so many ways to walk and the complex is well taken care of. Katie is easy to communicate with and everything is in good working order in her condo.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Katie was an outstanding host. The place had all the essentials- comfy beds, laundry, kitchen supplies, beach stuff, and lots of towels. The deck and primary bedroom have a great ocean view. We kept all of the windows open all night and it was quiet and comfortable. Kehi is a great place to stay because pretty much everywhere you need to go is 20-40 minutes away or you can stay in the area and enjoy the shops and beach at the condo. The beach at the condo includes a swimming hole with a ton of turtles and fish. The turtles were very active while we were there. The waves were not great for boogie boarding but that was a short drive away. We used the rooftop grills one night. It was the cleanest grill I have ever used. I actually saw more cleaning people around the common areas than at many hotels. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I highly recommend this condo for its great host, affordability for a beach view, and location.
