Cannot say enough great things about this venue. It’s away from a lot of the hustle so that you can relax yet a 3 min walk to the beach. It’s also within 20 min driving distance to nearly everything which makes it so convenient. Condo itself was clean and spacious. We used the fans to generate cool air around the place. They also had coolers, towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Oh and the pool area was always clean. The view for both sunrise and sunset were wonderful. Will definitely be back!
Other than needing some updating here and there, this place was terrific!! Barb and Dena are outstanding to work with!! The location is perfect for getting around the island whether going to Hāna or to Kapalua. Highly recommend!!
Clean comfortable condo with great location and fantastic views. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay there again!
Unit was great for our family of 4. It was nice to have a relatively short drive to Kihei, Lahaina, and a walk to the Ocean Centre. The beach nearby was very nice for beach walks. The unit has snorkel gear, beach towels and chairs etc, all the basics you need for your stay.

Absolutely loved the location and property. The beach is not accessible from the property, but there is a beach access about 200 feet down the road. The unit was very clean and well organized. Was so thankful for the beach towels and chairs provided. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and duvet were good quality and very soft.My favourite part of the trip was having coffee on the lanai in the morning and watching the whales breach right in front of the condo. Would definitely stay here again!
The condo is just as listed - comfortable, fully equipped and in a prime location to just about any part of the island. We had a fantastic time and Barb was very responsive if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!!
An awesome property. Clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. On the 3rd floor but that’s no big deal because there’s an elevator. Condo is right on the waterfront. Beach a short walk away.The host cares about her guests. Will stay there again.
Condo has fantastic views, perfect layout and wonderful cross breezes for the “just right” temp. Loved hearing the waves while I slept.
The condo was very nice. Had a lot of extra amenities for us to use for vacation. Would recommend to others.
We loved this condo. The grounds were pristine, location was amazing, and the views were breathtaking. The inside is well stocked with everything you need and more. The beds were super comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Morning walks and sighting turtles and even a few whales in December! The views and sounds do not get old.
This location was great for island access. The rooms and beds were quite comfortable. Lots of fans to make the condo cooler in the afternoon, if needed. There is a local beach that is within walking distance, either take the sidewalk or scoot along the beach shore. The parking pass was easy to figure out. The door lock, not quite as quick. The condo could use a good scrubbing in the kitchen at the sink and showers in the bathrooms but still a great stay.
The condo was perfect for us. Close to the malolo boat for our snorkeling cruise to Molokini island. Eating places and gas station. The whole experience was seamless. Perfect. Comfortable. What a blessing.
I have stayed in many places on Maui and neighboring Islands, and so far this condo is my top pick. It is clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Best of all it has a breath taking view of the ocean close enough to hear the waves. This condo is also centrally located.
View of the ocean with sound you can hear at night if you leave the windows open. There were plenty of items available to make our stay nice including blankets, fans, snorkel gear and kitchen items. The area is very well kept and my girls enjoyed the pool, a walk by the beach and I made use of the community grill.
We really enjoyed our 6 night stay - the condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Particularly loved having coffee on the balcony as the sun came up. The pool and grounds also very clean and well appointed. First time in Maui and this was a great, central location.
The place was clean and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view was great too. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the A/C was on a 6 hour timer so you have to keep turning it back on. Plus the room did not cool down very well. We had 7 fans running to help the window unit to cool the condo down. It did get to a comfortable temperature eventually but this was an every evening event after coming back to the condo.
Barbs condo was absolutely perfect! Great location- we were able to walk to the harbor with shops and restaurants. Central location to easily access all parts of Maui.
Condo was super clean and well equipped. Barb has everything you need to make you feel at home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bamboo beach mats, towels, toys, a couple pairs of snorkel gear We would definitely stay here again!..
