The Sky Ala Moana reaches a height of 400 feet, offering a sweeping view of the lively Ala Moana/Kapiolani Corridor. This particular unit has been significantly upgraded, and the entire building was finished in 2023. In addition to its modern and city features, it also provides a connection to nature and nice weather due to the nearby beach and the scenic ambiance.
• Private Lanai. Breathe in the fresh air on the spacious 320 sq. ft. lanai as you revel in the panoramic view.
• The building does routine AC maintenance, plumbing (water shut down) and pest control and you'll see notices in the elevator, we will try to remind you too.
• This unit is on the 8th floor so it's quite high from the street. It faces the city view with traffic and lots of cars. You might not hear much noise, but if you're sensitive, there could be some.
The host and co-host will be accessible for guests via phone or app should you have any questions about the apartment or the area.
