Newly built LUXURY designer home including a 6-person HOT TUB and an amazing view of the ocean. The living space on the top floor is 2300 sq. ft. including a covered lanai of 1150 sq. ft. Bedrooms with attached bathrooms are 30 ft. apart with which make each bedroom very private. This is the top floor. The ground floor is rented long term. Both floors are totally separated and very private.

It is situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The airport is 6 miles north of Kailua-Kona. Our house is perfectly located 14 miles south of Kailua-Kona. As a reference, Kona Paradise which may save you a few dollars is another 12 miles or a 25-minute drive south of our house further away from Kailua-Kona. Our newly built LUXURY house has 2300 sq. ft. (215 sq. m.) living area including a covered lanai and is super comfortable with everything you can possibly need including a hot tub on the lanai and breathtaking 180-degree view of the ocean and the mountain. Half of the 2300 sq. ft. living space consists of a covered lanai, great for enjoying your morning espresso while watching the sun climbing over the mountain top, or watch the sunset over the ocean. At night you will be amazed by our spacious 6-person hot tub on the lanai while gazing the stars. With a fantastic 180-degree view of the mountain and the ocean, from Kealakekua Bay to Honaunau Bay, you can sit for hours just relaxing in our luxury patio chaise loungers. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen and living room are all in one and have a great espresso machine, microwave oven, regular oven, dishwasher, large Weber outdoor grill on the lanai and beautiful quartz-stone countertops. You can cook in the kitchen and watch the 65-inch 4K TV in the living room at the same time or have a drink and a snack at the kitchen island that seats 4, while you are watching the chef preparing your food. The house floor plan is amazing, the view wonderful and the amenities in the house exceeded expectations. We loved the simplicity and functionality of it’s design.
I did enjoy the BBQ and will investigate buying the same make and model at home. The amenities and appliances supplied with the house exceeded expectations
The owners were very accommodating our travel arrangements as things changed and we had a great holiday

Excellent property that is just not fully done justice to with the online listing photos. 5* throughout. Only slight issue I felt was a little over the top, was all the instruction labels on walls, doors , light switches etc. “ clean shower with, squidgy, due to water and mould” “shower before using hot tub or risk being charged 150$” just took edge off the stay, as sometimes you felt unable to relax as there was instructions everywhere. I appreciate this is a lovely property and you want to protect your investment, but instructions like “don’t play tv after 10pm with door to balcony open or police will be called and you will be evicted without refund” is a little over the top, possibly the lady downstairs “ the caretaker for this property” is the one that would call the police if you did break this curfew? I would recommend this property to anyone who is in town and wants an amazing property, comfy beds, great kitchen appliances, would give it 4.5/5 only because of excessive instruction labels. Thanks for a lovely stay and all the prompt responses.
Improvements that could possibly be made, some draws at side of master bed, and the lengthy agreement that is required to be signed should be sent before the cancellation and refund policy has long expired, to have to spend nearly an hour of my vacation reading a lengthy legal document only two days before I check in, isn’t my idea of relaxation and would have cancelled my booking as soon as I saw it if in the able to cancel period, as I’ve seen shorter legal documents for purchasing a property let alone a short term

This house was very comfortable and had great views from the porch. The hosts were very hospitable and communicative. They had great recommendations for things to do, restaurants, and places to see.

We enjoyed our time at the house. Very nice house in a great location. Warm days, cool comfortable nights. Excellent spot from which to see the many things the big island has to offer. Hosts were helpful and responsive. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here.
