Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Condo Vacation Rentals
The Hali'i Kai has 192 units spread out across 24 two-story buildings. The complex is located near the ocean (buildings 13, 14 and 15 are right at the water's edge). There is no sandy beach, only a lava field, so swimming is not possible on this stretch of coastline. The nearest beach is Anaeho'omalu Beach, a short drive to the south. But there is a nice on-site pool, as well as hammocks, chairs, a spa and fitness center. There is also a barbecue area near the pool.
The two- or three-bedroom units have luxurious furnishings, fully-equipped kitchens and private lanais. Many master bathrooms also have a separate shower and tub. One snack bar is located on the premises, offering a continental breakfast buffet and full lunch menu, including cocktails. A running path, basketball hoops and hiking or biking trails can also be found within the 30-acre site.
