Condo was new and clean with a well equipped kitchen and lots of beach toys. View was very nice and the pool was a nice feature. Good location as well
This property is lovely, well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The views right off the patio and from then pool and restaurant are stunning.

Vacation with my 85 year old mom who hasn’t been to Hawaii in 20 years as well as my youngest son and daughter in law who are pregnant with my first grandchild. What a precious time of relaxing and enjoying the beauty and sunshine of Hawaii. Love the Waikoloa area and the condo was wonderful. Great memories made. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

The villa was very clean and the view from the lanai is as beautiful as pictured! Perfect for our family of four with 13 and 9 year old, would book again without hesitation. Sue was amazingly responsive and helpful, big mahalo to her!
Haliikai 15b was by far one of the best places I’ve stayed for vacation! The owners have definitely exceeded our expectations with the amenities and everything provided in the condo that one would need! There was not one thing that we had to go and purchase! The owners were very responsive and kept me updated with details prior to our visit. We will definitely re-book for the next visit!

Our God makes such beautiful places!! The property is amazing. We had everything we needed and more. Beds slept well. Had coffee (furnished) watching the sunrise and the blue Pacific water. Area was beautiful and quite. Snorkeling gear and other fun time stuff provided. Took a lava rock path to see the sunrise. Pool was great, restaurant food was good and staff was nice. Lots to do in the area. Food is expensive but Walmart is only 20 or so miles away
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was well stocked with beach gear, so that made packing much easier. The views were amazing - we saw several whales while sitting on the patio. The proximity to golf courses was excellent. One thing to note, the pool closes at 8:00 and if you were going there later in the day, they seemed to frequently run out of towels.

This was our second stay in Kerry & Sue's unit and it was every bit as good as the first one. Sue worked alongside her cleaners to allow us to check in a few hours early and she was a joy to meet. The unit is outfitted with every cooking utensil, dish, pot, food storage item as well as boogie boards, fins, beach towels and lots of coffee pods. The location is spectacular with ever-changing ocean views off the patio and a just short stroll to the Beach Club. Just minutes from golf courses. Sue was extremely responsive to our needs and suggested a few ideas for activities and fresh fish purchases that we really enjoyed. This is five stars in every way and we look forward to our next visit.

We had a lovely stay at Hali’i Kai 15B! Lots of whales to watch from the lanai, and the condo well stocked with beach supplies etc. the Ocean Club was great as always- shout out to our favorite server Kathy! Excellent communication with our hosts. Highly recommend.
Perfect place to stay! Beautiful views from lanai! Lots of whales. Ocean Grill and pool very nice. Unit well stocked with anything you would need. Highly recommend!
Wonderful property and hosts. Stayed in mid to late December and saw whales everyday and dolphins multiple times from lanai. Condo was clean with kitchen supplies, games, dvds and outdoor activity supplies. In a great location for access to multiple beaches along with shopping, restaurants and grocery.

I would highly recommend this unit! The oceanfront location (and outdoor lanai) is amazing and the condo complex itself is super conveniently located and has all the benefits of a larger hotel without the crowds. The unit was absolutely spotless and was literally the best stocked/equipped unit I have ever rented. They thought of everything! Sue and Kerry were very responsive and fixed a minor issue immediately. I would absolutely stay there again! It was perfect for our family of four!

The condo was awesome- the listing is very accurate! Clean, VERY well stocked and the owners were very responsive. Proximity to the ocean club (pool & restaurant) was perfect with small kids. The view is incredible! We will be back.

Perfect location for a family vacation. Property has all the amenities for beach days. Kitchen is well-equipped and the property is close to Foodland, a local grocery store. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were incredibly responsive to any needs and couldn’t have been kinder. Highly recommend!

The pool access was perfect for our kids. We loved being able to eat at The Ocean Club while watching the sunset and then walking the 3 minutes back to the condo. We loved having beach toys, umbrella, chairs, and a boogie board to take to the beach. Great location close to beautiful beaches. The owners were fabulous with communication. Overall we had a five star experience and we are dreaming of coming back!

Amazing Hosts and communication was the best. Mornings sitting at the table on the back patio watching whales swim by was unbelievable. The ocean club and pool was a minute walk from the front door.So many things to do in the area My wife and I can see ourselves returning every year.
