Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Fairways at Mauna Lani 1606 is located in Building 16 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Very quiet with excellent beds. Very comfortable with garage parking!
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Very clean, comfortable furnishings and bedding. Highly recommend this unit and the complex in general. Pool and hot tub are nice, made even better with the access to the beach club.
This unit is really nice ! Decor is very nice , super clean and beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed. Definitely will book this one again
This condo was perfect for 2 couples with one primary bed/ bath on the first floor and one on the second floor. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances all appeared new. The house was very clean and we didn’t encounter any problems. The pool was literally steps away and chairs were always available. Great place to stay and we can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at the Fairways! The house was lovely and had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. It was very quiet and only a few steps away from the pool and hot tub.

We had a great stay. The remodel is really pretty. Good kitchen appliances and cooking tools.Good location and it’s nice having the beach club pass. The host was quick to respond. Wish there had been a way to get to the Hapuna beach access. That’s the one thing we were disappointed about- we were never able to get in to that beach at the Mauna Kea Resort. So it’s a choice.
Property was entirely clean, beds comfy, kitchen essentials well-stocked, easy parking, and beach amenities were appreciated.

I stayed at this condo for a few days on business and it was wonderful. It appears to be completely remodeled and has everything you need along with easy access to other resort amenities. A very nice and well appointed property!
Newly renovated, the most complete, up to date and cleanest condo I have ever rented. Everything worked. Very good quality appliances and kitchen supplies. I would note that the one car garage was too narrow to fit our mid-sized SUV. Most residents/rentals were not using their garage because of this, but outside parking was always available.
Very pleasant townhouse, convenient to everything. Everything is completely functional, and well equipped.We would happily stay here again.
I have stayed at multiple properties in Mauna Lani and this was my favorite. Photos didn’t do it justice. Can’t wait to rent it again
