Wonderful stay at Kai’s place. Can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, beds were comfy, plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys, really nice outdoor space, close to the pool and fitness center. We loved it and are sad to leave. Kai was responsive to my questions. Would not hesitate to come back!
Close to beaches in the area. Access to a buggie was great. Short distance to a grocery store. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Tons of beach equipment from chairs, snorkeling gear, tow wagon, boogy boards, umbrella. My only disappointment was the lap pool was under construction and was not disclosed. I came here for the Hawaii 70.3 and was booked specifically here for the lap pool. However not a big deal as it just meant more ocean swim training. Communications with Kai were all timely! All in all, fantastic property and would def stay here again.

One of the best properties at Mauna Lani. Double garage, golf cart, bikes, excellent interior and beds, beautiful and useful layout... Wonderful.

What an incredible place to stay! It strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The atmosphere among the other units was delightful, and the surroundings were tranquil and serene. The nearby beach was stunning and easily accessible by car. The house itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Truly a beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful home that lives up to description given. Everything you need is there and probably some that you didn't think of as well. Our group consisted of 8 people, 6 adults and 2 young children there was plenty of room for all There was beach and snorkeling gear available to use which was a nice touch as well. If we were to go back to the Big Island again I would definitely see if this property was available.

Spacious condo on the northwest side of the big island. Well appointed and comfortable with everything you might need in a home base while exploring the island. Easy access to the North/South Highway as well the road up to Waimea and across to the Eastside. Enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs master suite relative to the upstairs bedrooms. Recreation center pools and fitness center are clean and well maintained. Unit grill ran out of gas, but Kai had a replacement tank dropped off quickly and without fuss. The true bonus here is the Beach Club at Mauna Lani. Truly a winning perk. All in all a lovely place to stay with family.
