Parking is available for one car in an assigned space outside the unit, labeled (18E) outside of the unit across the street near the tennis court. The garage is not available for guest use. A $20/day resort fee is required upon check-in. This ground-floor unit offers step-free access.

Please note that a daily resort fee of $20 per day is to be paid upon check-in. Effective January 1, 2023, the daily resort fee will increase to $25 per day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
