Beautiful and spacious condo right on the water. Cold a/c, large kitchen, comfy beds, and right next to the pool and club house. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
My family and I loved our stay at Haili Kai on the Big Island. Incredible view of the ocean (and the sunsets) from this unit. Also, the property is literally 100 feet from the club / pool / gym. Can't wait to go back again soon!!
This property was beautiful, great view, close to the pool and great fitness center, and well stocked! We’d definitely stay here again!!
This is our second time staying in Hali’i Kai and both stays have been excellent, but you can’t beat the location of this unit within the property. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked, couldn’t have asked for more really. And Hali’i Kai is an amazing resort with a gorgeous poolside restaurant, love music on many nights and the loveliest staff - book it!
This place is located on the shoreline, so each morning we would sit on the patio and watch wales, a beautiful view of Maui, and the ocean in general. The property is very well maintained, very clean, and very well organized. I will definitely be returning.
There is everything you need in the unit and then in Waikaloa. Best unit location, the beach club staff were excellent and good was great.
All was OK except former guests really made the carpet dirty and it needs to be cleaned.
Great location and nice condo setup.
We stayed at this property with 7 people and there was plenty of space for all u's us. The location was absolutely perfect! It is a bottom floor unit with a patio then grass which was ideal for our 2 and 3 year old. We were right next to the pool too! It was very quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors or pool activity sitting outside on the patio. The views from the condo were beautiful ... grass, lava then the ocean. It's not an area that has a beach but we just went up the road a couple of minutes to get to one. It was overall a great place and if i go back this is the place i will rent afgain!
We have been coming to the island for over 20 years mostly staying in condos and this is the worst. One we’ve ever seen his not represented at all like it shows it on the website the carpets are gross they’re covered with food and stains. It was not clean one arrived. The bedding smelled, the kitchen floor was so dirty that we had to clean it three times before you could even really walk on it. The condo is rundown and extremely dirty. It is in a nice area and this but the condo self is so rundown so dirty it really ruined our stay as far as coming home each night , we contacted resorticahawaii that operates this condo on the conditions and acknowledged that the carpets were in bad shape, but that doesn’t change that they keep renting this condo out in this condition I would not rent from them ever again, and I would recommend nobody else rent from them rent from a private owner that takes care of their place as this company does not and does not care. This was a dirtiest condo we’ve ever been in spent the whole first day just cleaning it so we could stay here. Most the other condos we’ve stayed in keep up with their cleaning and conditions fact that this place hasn’t reflects back on resorts Hawaii vacation management. This condo has appearance of a 30-year-old rundown motel 6 is really really bad. That’s my review of it. The area around is great and everything is beautiful but the condo itself is trashed.
Great waterfront lanai to watch the whales. The condo was well-stocked and delightful.

A very good location for seniors. Excellent access to pools and food, great view, no stairs. A well equipped kitchen. Would be a great location for viewing whales.
Only issue is the wooden bed in third bedroom.
