A very nice condo in a perfect location. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The unit is in a great location, close to the restaurant and pool, and has great views from the lanai. Property manager communications were clear. The beds were a bit squeaky and it'd be nicer to have a normal table. That said, this is a great condo to stay at.
Dryer did not work. We had to use dryer in another unit, short walk away.Garbage Disposal leaked upon our arrival. They replaced it. No bbq grill which turned out to be a problem since no glass is allowed in pool area. We had to use the pool grill, and there were no plastic containers in the unit.
Kitchen sparsely furnished. There were not enough coffee mugs, or a metal spatula. There were also no spices, olive oil or general
condiments.
As the unit will sleep six, more dining chairs and lanai chairs should be available. Bar stools starting to fall apart.
Queen mattress needs replacing. It is squeaky.
My mother lives in the neighborhood. I was so glad I got to rent this place!
We absolutely loved this property. The pool on the ocean was beautiful and sunsets from the golf course, pool or even on the patio were so beautiful. The small tvs and less than perfect carpet didn’t bother us, we spent most of our time outside. My 3 and 5 year old loved the shallow area off one of the pools and the food at the pool was great. Much preferred this (because of view of ocean) than a place we stayed at in Mauna Lani a few months ago.
Great property and great unit. Close to pool, ocean view. TVs a little small, but who cares when you have an amazing ocean view! Close access to stores for supplies and fully equipped kitchen.
Rented condo for Christmas week for a family of six adults. Each condo is a bit different in the amenities- our ‘gourmet kitchen’ was not well stocked ( mismatched glasses etc and missing utensils) we lacked a grill which made doing our traditional Holiday meals difficult. Most of all though it really was not furnished to accommodate the advertised six - four dining room chairs, four patio chairs, living room seating for four. The three televisions were small. The master bedroom and bath were wonderful but the bed creaked on both sides. The two bedrooms in comparison were quite small for adults. The ocean view was only a sliver but the distance to the pool was perfect and we enjoyed the view of the golf course. ( apparently some units come with discounts for golf- this one did not). The food at the pool was very good. We drove short distances to good shopping, restaurants and beaches. We especially liked the option of exchanging used beach towels for clean ones each day. The office needed more than one employee on check out day! Overall the Resort was beautiful, the condo would have been better for fewer adults and should have been better furnished and stocked ( coffee filters in the cabinet were not for that particular coffee maker for example). We really missed having an outside grill as it seemed all the other units had one. It was a peaceful environment and we enjoyed meeting other residents.
